McDonald’s

this was the 3^rd and last time i will go to this mcdonalds. all 3 times i have had to wait over 15 minutes in the drive through and then they tell me they dont accept card only cash. i proceeded to pay with cash $ 15 rth of mcdonalds and when i asked for a ranch and barbeque the woman working said she has to charge me. i told her i did not want to pay because i am spending alot of money and i always have had a bad experience here. she refused to honor me with 2 sauces and i ended p having to pay for them. when i got home, my order was wrong, a hamburger was missing, and she had given me a buffalo and sweet and sour sauce instead of ranch and bbq. this is a horrible way to do business and the employees at ths location are costing massive ammounts of revenue. i will never return to that particular mcdoanlds and definitely will put it as my last option for fast food in general.

Easily the most expensive McDonald’s I’ve ever seen in SoCal. It’s crazy. So, just for breakfast, it was $ 8.16 for a two sausage egg McMuffin meal. It started off at $ 6.09, which I didn’t really see because I was in a rush. After I already got it on the screen I face-​palmed but didn’t wanna undo it. Then I got the coffee swapped out for OJ. It a $ 1.40 «drink up charge» for a THIMBLE of orange juice. I mean, come the eff on guys (see attached photo).
But, one star added for the nice workers… all are always awesome.

Picked up breakfast for some out of country guest that were raving about American hash brown and we got hockey pucks at the drive through instead of hash browns.

Came here to buy a drink, use wifi and bathroom. Nice and air conditioned. Customer service was good.

Sorry this was one of my favorite stop buy on the go places. Today it was dirty. Friendly almost apologetic staff No napkins in site. Big issue is the sudden doubling of the price of a drink Doubles my bill now I might as well save time and gas and stop anywhere. It’s clear that they are once again trying to cover increased cost. Just step up and speak out. They are really being effected by our national and state health care regulations and pending wage increases. Let’s be honest.

Wooo hoo! I think we reached the jackpot! Hamburger amazing, chicken outstanding, fries out of this world, and Shake amazing! Go here no matter what. If not your going to the wrong place! This place deserves 6 stars. Sadly the maximum of stars is five!

Usually forget something and make you go home wondering if they either ate what they forgot to give you or if they pocketed your money! Don’t forget my cherry pies !!

I tried the new mushroom sirloin burger today, and first of all, what I got looked basically like the ¼ pounder, except a little thicker, with some sprinkles of mushrooms, and just as flat and plain… nothing like the picture showed on the wall, and that caused some double-​takes.
Now the taste… well, very bland, uninspiring.
McDonald’s new line of burgers will not go anywhere.

Can you give a negative review? I can here at night expecting to fill my stomach with inexpensive food quickly but waited 15 minutes for nuggets. The spectacle clad cashier was talking to some guy next to the register about being wasted and their friends being wasted instead of taking our order. When the food finally came he gave me sauce I didn’t ask for and seemed bothered when I asked for the sauce I wanted. Very disappointed in the quality of service here. Mcdonalds should fire some people here … Wow just wow

Its funny that mostly everyone rated this Mcdonalds so bad, but to be honest, they always get my order right here. At other Mcdonalds, they always tend to mess atleast ONE thing up

God forbid they give you a few extra sauces for your nuggets or actually have a box for your kids happy meal instead of throwing you a white paper bag.

Keeping up with the poor rating tradition. With no customers inside just drive through I thought I’d get a fresh hot meal. Instead I got a lukewarm burger semi-​warm nuggets and tepid french fries which I kindly asked them to reheat. Uh oh! 2 customers came in I guess it means theyre busy. Better wait till after I finish my meal to bring my hot french fries out. I kindly refused and said I’m good can I just get a refund on my fries. Oh how you disappoint me poorly paid McDonald’s employees. Where did your life go so wrong that you feel McDonald’s is your only employment hope? The end.

Nice experience here. Went through the drive-​thru just for coffee and a holiday pie. Never to early for one of those. Employees were very sweet and all had smiles on there faces. Drive-​thru could be a little faster.

The sign on your window says you charge extra for sauces, aka one PER burger.
I cant go pick up lunch for my co workers and share ONE SAUCE!!!
This place is dumb and needs to be taken over ASAP!
It means one sauce per burger, otherwise you are asking me to drive around 5 times and reorder each burger seperately just to get the one sauce per burger!!!
I hate when people destroy a great company because of their incompetence.

For some reason a cup of coffee and a egg white delight just does the trick. I have to say that McDonald’s is trying to improve their image. I get a lot more smiles now I get a lot of thank you sir he regal sir have a great day. But remember one thing, when you’re in line at 5:30 in the morning and it’s freezing outside go easy on the cashier but has to wake up at 4 o’clock in the morning it is absolutely freezing and I can tell while they’re taking my money how cool they are. I think management maybe needs to put a small compact heater for them just my advice.

Went to the drive Thru at 2 am and waited for 20 minutes to get charged before they told us that thay were only taking cash. Why wouldn’t you tell us its cash only from the beginning

Yukkkkkkkkkkkk, I have never eat this garbage, I stop here just because I need it to rest from driving, I will not even drink there water. Yukkkkkk outside smells like shit.

Let’s be honest, it’s mcdonalds. I would never eat there. Let’s just say bad experience with food poisoning. But I stopped by with my friends to get ice cream cones.
Good service, nice ppl, and the dinning room looked like one from a healthy diner.

On Saturday afternoon (³⁄₁), I was across the street from McDonalds on Ventura and Wilbur, visiting a costume shop. My boyfriend was approached by a homeless woman, who was visibly injured. She told us she was really hungry, and the manager at McDonalds would not let her in the store to purchase anything to eat. She asked us to go in and get her a hamburger and a large coffee. She reached into a sock and handed us $ 7.00 OF HER OWN MONEY.
When I went into the McDonalds, I asked to speak with the manager, and asked why they would not allow her into the restaurant. The lady «Maya», said they would not allow her in there because she «called their other manager a name».
If you have a injured and hungry homeless woman, who has HER OWN money and is not begging, why wouldn’t you let her in to buy something to eat? The only reason I can come up with is, it was «bad for business» to have a homeless person in the facility, or they assumed she didn’t have her own money, and would be begging for food.
I am ashamed to have ever called myself a McDonalds customer, and I will NEVER return to your establishment. I feel that this is total discrimination, and this is not the way a person should ever be treated.

Ok so I don’t know when they updated but the interior of this McDonalds is now very study friendly. they put in new seating. Television, free wifi and all this other stuff. I was very surprised to find other students also studying here and just overall just hanging out. I know Starbucks is the usually the place to go study but hey this Place has it going on too. Good job, going from 3 to 4 stars.
