I have been going to Blue off and on for literally 10 years. I used to come here in High School back in like 2007 before I probably should have (hint hint). Regardless, that was years and years ago and this place has really upgraded itself and looks amazing.
I’ve always been a fan of Blue. Like I said, all my friends and I would drive out from Westlake Village /​Agoura Hills to hit this spot up on the reg 10 years ago. I’ve been popping in occasionally since then and the place has been upgraded. Food is still pretty good and those hookahs — wow! My friend and I had one and it lasted us almost 2 hours. We definitely felt like we got our money’s worth!
If you’re looking for a place that isn’t going to be insanely crowded where you can just kick back and enjoy some food and some hookah, this spot is on point. Their patio seating is actually really, really warm too. It was a cold night we were there and I actually took off my jacket — very nice!

Blue Café is the best hookah lounge in SFV. Finally a place better than Spot that’s still lowkey. I ordinarily hate any hookah lounge because they make the hookah too harsh or it dies out too quickly. However, the lady working there, Rose, packed it perfect!!! She also suggested the best flavor ever, ambrosia safari melon dew mint. I would have never ordered that on my own! The clouds of ambrosia combined with Rose’s hilarious freaking jokes made me feel like I was in heaven. I will definitely come back again and again and again…

Was here with couple of friends and I have to say its a very nice place with patio seating and great service. The food was great and loved the fact that they had fruit plates. Not so much into hookah but they got hookah also if your into that and have heard its great as well. The service is so good that if the food was not good I would go here again. The music is mixed middle eastern and not too loud where you cant hear your conversations. Bottom line, great food, great seating, great service and great deserts.

I came here last night and it wasn’t as great as the first time I came but its a chill place to hang out if your looking for a hookah place and the food is pretty good too I recommend the chicken sandwich it was great and not expensive at all. I will definetly come here again

I have been coming here for over 4 years and I can whole heartedly say that I always leave happy. The owner Shirin always makes sure we are taken care of. Our server Siavash was awesome, he made sure we got everything on time. If you want a great hookah experience blue café is the place to go. Two thumbs up! Great food. Great music. Great hookah. Great vibe.

My friend and I stopped in when another restaurant nearby was overly crowded, and we’re so happy we did! The food was great and fresh, our server was fantastic, and the hookah was awesome. We had amazing hummus and salads, and our shish kabobs were wonderful! And the wine that the waitress suggested was just what I wanted. We’ll definitely be back!

Came here starving & wanted hookah.
I’m pescaterien, they had almost no options of food I can eat.
I saw a fish plate– they didn’t have it available at this time.
I usually order fattoush at hookah bars, they didn’t serve that on the menu which was a bummer & I didn’t want to settle for just fries & hummus being this hungry.
We left after ordering 1 tea & 1 beer (which they charged us 20 dollars for) 20 dollars for beer & tea? No thanks. My bf didn’t even touch his beer due to me wanting to leave for the lack of food options & instead of comping it we were still charged.
They apparently also charge automatic gratuity which is now illegal in the state of California.
Pros: nice server, clean restaurant, and cute décor. They also had some ok Middle eastern music.
Would I come back? No

I forgot to write a review for this place. This place’s hookah was good. One of few lounges where i can smoke good thick density clouds without any restriction. Farzan was a chill guy. I will definitely visit again when im in the area. Prolly the best lounge in woodland hills now n awesome prices. Love the happy hour while hookah is not crap.

They have the best hookahs there. They have new glass hookahs which theyre very cool and nice. The hookah guys are awesome both Siavash and Brian. Also the food there is awesome. I love the food specially their fries is something else over there. The place is really nice, nice place to relax and have some hookah after work. And perfect place to hang out with friends in the weekends with nice music and food.
All the Staff are really friendly and respectful. They are so nice. Shirin, the owner, nicest person ever. Shes the best. Shes really friendly and cool.
They have dj too so u can enjoy nice music.

I love it here! Hookah is always good and service is always great! The servers are always nice, especially Nora. She always ends up helping me out the most :) I definitely recommend the ambrosia and melon mix flavor. One of the best flavors! You should definitely come here!

I’ve been going to blue café for the last 6 years and there has been so many upgrades from the the environment to the food and even some staff. Food is definitely worth trying even if you don’t like hookah. Not only is it healthy but extremely tasty I suggest the chicken kabob or chicken sandwich. Now as for the hookah you got the classic metal on glass for a fair price or you can live lavishly and upgrade to all glass hookah which will never get harsh somehow lol. And as for the staff they really try to go above and beyond. One staff member that stood out was Kat Shuleika she always made sure everything was to my satisfaction. No matter what she always leaves me with a smile and makes me feel happy to spend my money at blue café.

This place used to be my go-​to hookah spot but now they are terrible. The service is really bad and the food is not that great. Also for some reason their hookah has a funny after taste. If they improved on these things I will return but for now I will have to search for another hookah place in this area.
