Bibille

Bibille is one of my favorite places! The bowls are amazing – it’s like Korean Chipotle. The portion is huge and the ingredients are extremely fresh! It’s the perfect spot for lunch or a quick dinner.

Really good, fast and flavorful. I was concerned when I saw the «chipotle» references but it hit the spot during our road trip. I had spicy pork on brown rice with bean sprouts, carrots and shrimp, and mushrooms (extra $) poured on the hot sauce and it was terrific. Give it a shot… I’m picky but I’d go back. Oh yes and the coconut bubble tea was like a smoothie with delicious tapioca «bubbles» loved it!!!

As others have said, the chipotle of korean food. I actually don’t like chipotle, but this place is very good. Fresh bright ingredients, extremely friendly staff, and tasty ingredients. All the proteins I tasted are flavorful, and I usually load up my bowl with just about every topping.
The purple rice is a bit too sticky for my liking, and ends up congealing to the paper bowl, but perhaps that’s the texture it’s supposed to be? WIll return when in the area

This place centers around a pretty well-​done Americanization of Bibimbap.
Essentially, they put some rice in a bowl and cover it with a selection of meats and veggies.
It’s a good value, but I wish they offered more traditional Korean namul (sautéèd vegetables and herbs) as options.
When I last ate there, they didn’t even offer kimchee, though they said they were thinking about adding it.
Bibile has since become a regular stop for my wife on her Tuesday yoga nights.

The restaurant is a quasi-​fast-​food Korean spot that hits the Spot when craving that Korean BBQ flavor.
The ingredients and food-​selection are fresh and tasty, giving this Tarrytown gem the opportunity to shine in a growing and competitive Westchester food scene.

I change my mind. This place is perfect for what it is: bibimbap for everyone! And fast! And affordable!
Just came back here for dinner and was again overwhelmed by just how much food was piled onto my already pretty big bowl. I found out that they have an amazingly marinated mushroom option – so it was absolutely necessary to get that along with my spicy pork.
Everything continues to be fresh and flavorful. The service is so friendly, attentive, and fast!
Please stay and keep feeding me, Bibille. I couldn’t imagine Tarrytown without you now.
My wallet and my fridge with your leftovers are so happy.

I love Korean food. This would have been 5 stars if the beef was hotter. I no longer have to travel far for good Korean.

It’s the Chipotle of Korean food… How can you go wrong!
I really enjoyed my experience here. Keep in mind, it is not a sit-​down restaurant. They are the Korean version of a fast-​casual restaurant like Chipotle. The ingredients are all fresh and tasty. They don’t skimp on the portions, and the price is good.
It is definitely a great lunch spot or good for a quick, casual dinner.

Fast, healthy, delicious food for only $ 10 a bowl! Plenty of seating. Nice décor. Convenient location downtown. Everything was super clean and employees were friendly and polite. Will return!

Every ingredient is so fresh and their sauces are really great, which they developed themselves. You can choose rice (white, brown or purple), protein (beef, pork, chicken or mushroom), vegetable toppings and sauce.
The staffs are very kind and friendly. The interior is stylish and clean. Easy to takeout.

Highly recommended.
Great for busy people. Less than 5 min for preparation, health food at a good price. Take out or sit in. Tastes good too.

I haven’t reviewed anywhere in a while, but my meal tonight was absolutely 5-​star worthy. Bibille is an absolute must-​try in Westchester County. The ingredients are prepared fresh, as evidenced by the bright, vibrant vegetables displayed. The rice is cooked to perfection and to top things off, the signature Bibille sauce is one of the best tasting sauces I’ve ever tried.
The place is clearly family run with love and it shows. The owners are gracious and service oriented and so friendly. I can’t wait to go back!

This is possibly the best thing that’s hit Tarrytown’s Main Street in a WHILE.
The service CANNOT BE BEAT. The family who owns Bibille are the nicest, most humble, respectful, and generous people you could ever hope to meet — so accommodating and personable. They will never let you walk out unsatisfied!
Food is incredible value for the money. Plus its efficient, easy to take on the move, great for eating now or later as leftovers, healthy… I could go on forever.
Needless to say, I am a true loyalist and fan of Bibille since discovering it in May.
If visiting the area it is a must-​try. You won’t be disappointed.

Great contemporary american korean fast food. American because these are not all traditional bibimbop ingredients and it’s practically a chipotle gone korean :) but they do call themselves «korean fusion» so can’t fault them! So. Delicious.
This really is a great addition to Tarrytown. It’s adding to its growing diversity on main street and this one is selling flavorful food at a fair price!

Delicious fast-​fresh Korean on Main St in Tarrytown! I stopped here for lunch on a Saturday and it works like this: (1) choose your rice = white, brown, purple (go purple) (2) choose your meat = get the beef (3) choose your veggies (get everything) and (4) choose your sauce (go hot). Everything is put into a bowl and you eat it cold. $ 10. Really tasty and a large portion size. I would definitely go back.

AHH, so good! Chipotle style Korean food. Bright veggies, well seasoned meat, friendly staff, and reasonable prices. And FAST!
You choose your base (you want purple rice)
Your protein (you want spicy pork)
Your toppings (get everything)
And your sauce. That one is up to you.
You then hand the cashier $ 10 and you proceed to enjoy about 3 meals of food in one sitting.
Highly recommend eating this with chopsticks and mixing all the food around. Although you may want to try some of the strange looking veggies first to see what they’re like. But mixing is the way to go. You don’t go to a Symphony to just hear the violins, know what I’m sayin’?

I got the purple rice with beef, all the toppings, and the Korean hot sauce (thankfully not as spicy as some other Korean restaurants).They are very generous with the toppings, and they will default to giving you ALL of the toppings unless you state otherwise. Go with all the toppings! They really load it on. :)
The food is really delicious! I’m a huge fan of bibimbap as is, and I really like Bibille’s take on this dish. All of the toppings and the meats look really fresh like they are prepared day of, and they make it super easy to customize and control your portions. I cannot contain my excitement for the fact that Bibille has opened on Main St! There has ever been many Asian options around Westchester, so Bibille really fills that niche.
Bibille currently uses eco-​friendly bowls and ‘fancy’ (aka not plastic) take-​out bags, but I get the feeling that the quality of their dining ware (and the generosity with their portions) will decrease with time, although I really hope they prove me wrong on this front!
I must echo the hope of other Unilocalers that this trend of newer restaurants opening in Tarrytown continues!

Delicious! Fresh ingredients, tasty sauces… you had me at shitake mushroom! Definitely check this place out, they are in the old Chiboust spot. Love the lettuce option for those of us who don’t want the rice. The Bibille sauce mixed with hot sauce is the perfect combination!
No outdoor seating but looked like plenty inside. My to-​go order was in an eco-​friendly container — nice touch!
I love that tarrytown is home to new cuisines!
