Drinks were good and staff was great! Very friendly and kept a conversation. Staff like that is a hard thing to find now a days.

The drink are good and the scenery is beautiful… but the drinks are not strong enough and the place needs some music. Coming from Fat Tuesdays the weekend prior I had high expectations. Will I go back? Maybe.

Somewhere down in Channelside is a nice little joint called Wet Willies. WW is a decent place to hang out with your friends or a a simple date night. Wet Willies offers frozen margaritas already mixed with alcohol. Some of the libations they offer are: Attitude Improvement, Sex on the Beach, Shock Treatment and White Russian. There are many more, however, one of their most popular drinks is Call-A-Cab, this little libation sure lives up to it’s name. This drink is made with Grain Alcohol*(153° or 190°) and Bacardi® rum. You can also mix it with other drinks if you dare. Ohhh and don’t forget to try a jello shot for $ 2. Those little things are potent(don’t say you wasn’t warned)! Wet Willies also serves bar food, however, I have not had their food so I can’t comment on that. My only critique is Wet Willies is housed in Channelside and while the location has so much potential it is completely dead. I think Wet Willies is the only thing Channelside has going for it. However, don’t let that deter you. Get you a few friends or your guy/gal and go have a little drink or two. You can also bridge over to Splitsville for a bit and dance to the rhythm of the funky beats.

Awesome place to go if you like cold cheap drinks! The«call a cab» is their strongest drink. In personally like to mix it with the mango drink. The small is $ 6, medium is $ 7 and large is $ 8. I have never gotten food from there, not sure if I ever will. I like to get a drink and go sit out by the water nearby.

Very disappointed that this place changed the menu and got rid of the tequila wings which were the best thing in my opinion on the menu. Drinks are just ok…

A frozen daiquiri bar with about a dozen different flavors of drinks to try– most of which are pretty sugary, and can be combined or swirled for new flavor combinations. It was a slow night, but the staff were all super friendly and willing to help provide free samples of the flavors. We stopped by for a couple birthday drinks for a friend and everybody was glad that we did. It seems like a fun place to stop by for a drink or two– but not a place to commit for the night– too much sugar, not enough space to dance or mingle. It could be a fun place on a pub crawl too. The ‘Attitude Improvement’ and the ‘Call a Cab’ drinks didn’t taste to sweet– but didn’t taste too good either. But are strong, high alcohol content, drinks– but neither are things that I would drink for fun– they only exist to get people inebriated. We were able to take out drinks onto the patio where we hung out for about an hour, drinking, dancing, talking and having a good time. It is a nice touch that we can take our drinks outside.

Fun place to enjoy a frozen drink in the summer heat. Great selection of drinks. My favorite is mixing the strawberry and Pina Colada to make a Miami Vice. Amaze-balls! The most popular«Call a Cab» drink is strong but honestly tastes like cough syrup. Samples are offered for all flavors, which helps narrow down the options. Channelside Plaza offers some great places to grab a drink and Wet Willie’s is fun to try something different then your favorite mixed drink or beer. Weekend evenings can get a little slammed, so be prepared for limited seating. Who doesn’t love a little slushy with alcohol? Check them out if you’re a grown up kid like me.

This is a frozen drinks place. Call-a-Cab & pinacolada are the best. Good place to hang out with friends in Channel side.

A must have stop when in Channelside. A whole wall of adult slushes. My favorite is the call a cab drink! Only need one! They will let you sample as many as you like before choosing. Great & fun place to stop while in Channelside or before you hop the trolley for ybor city.

Seems to be exactly the same place everywhere, just some new faces. We really do enjoy those White Russians, especially when it is hot outside(10 months a year in Florida). Service could be nicer at this location. 2 small drinks $ 12, I give the gentleman $ 15 and said keep the change, he said NOTHING. No thanks, or come back, or enjoy your day. He just went on to the next pain in his arse(customer) I guess.

This wet willie’s location is just ok. I give 3 stars for the friendly service. The taste of the drinks left A LOT to be desired. I’ve been to other locations in other states and i don’t understand why the taste of drinks w/the same name would be so vastly different. I brought my souvenir bottle with me, of course(thats the point in purchasing it). Refills are $ 8 flat wherever you go(any location). The first time i ordered my usual, the strongest option available, «Call Me A Cab!» I was sooooooo disappointed. It tasted EXACTLY like medicine, specifically children’s cough syrup. There was no way around that awful taste. I didn’t enjoy it at all and actually wound up wasting my money. I poured the majority of it out. I tried to pour it with some juice, didn’t work. So i wasn’t happy about that. After a few days i decided to give this place one more chance, it was new year’s eve, fine! I ordered a mixture of the shock treatment and attitude improvement. It was decent. My expectations were very low at that point. I was able to get through it all and i was«feeling it» lol… so no problem with that one. I wouldn’t be too pressed about returning to this location. Although it was nice to have it as an option in Tampa!

This Is ONE Of My Go To Spots. I absolutely love fruity, frozen drinks. I’ve pretty much tried every frozen drink on the menu. One of my favorites is attitude adjustment. I went here recently with my boyfriend and we had a great time. You can’t go wrong here. It’s smack dab in the middle of everything that channelside has to offer…;)

Stopped in on a Sunday afternoon with a friend. It wasn’t very busy, but neither was any place in channelside. The staff was really nice and helped us out with recommendations and samples right away. I ordered a piña colada and it was good, but very sweet. We only stayed for one drink. I imagine this place would be more fun when there are ships docked or at a busier time of day.

Fun place for drinks, especially in the summer heat! Tons of flavors to choose from and you can mix and match! They also let you taste up to 2, definitely good before you order a whole big drink. Just so you know, the drinks are strong! You won’t notice it under all the sugar till you have had 1 or 2. It does get loud and pretty full on weekend nights, so get there early especially if you are a big group.

A fun way to spend a few hours though it can get kind of loud at night. I recommend sampling the flavor you are interested in(they allow you to sample two) and mixing flavors is also fun. I had the mango and margarita mixed. Yum! All in all a cool place to get a drink!

The drinks are stong and cold! Good if you are really into the frozen drunken kinda thing. Cold drinks are the best drinks in Florida weather. I would consider this a quick cool down break. There are not enough tables to sit and enjoy so you stand there until you finish your drink and then you leave. The service is relatively quick and they allow you to sample a couple flavors before making picking one. I have tried a few and still haven’t found what I’m looking for. They just don’t replace freshly made daiquiris but it is fun to try the different flavors.

For the price, I think the drinks here are a good deal. My girlfriend and I split a Call A Cab and it was pretty strong. We didn’t realize that you could mix flavors until after we ordered, but I’m sure you could come up with some good combinations. The place was full so we had to squeeze into the very corner of the bar near the bathroom. I also think the dress code is pretty dumb since a lot of people probably stop by after Lightning games.

Although this is NOTHING like Miami wet willies, I still enjoyed my drinks. We got there about 1 pm so it was quite early, and left at 5. The bartenders were pretty cool and had me cracking up. With all the choices that I had to choose from, he still helped me figure out some different mixes. We will definitely be back, side note, even though Hooters is in the same area, they don’t alow you inside with a wet willies drinks, so we just bought wings and went back to wet willies, ate and bought more wet Willie drinks… lol

I stopped by Wet Willie’s in search of a quick drink after leaving Amalie Arena. It’s a short walk from the arena and the prices are reasonable. The bartenders were fairly quick despite a full house. We were offered a sample and ended up sharing a Call-A-Cab. It was plenty strong and I was feeling it after just half of a large cup! One thing I was surprised about was there was a dress code at night. This isn’t the classiest place so it was a little odd. But we enjoyed our drink and were on our way soon. I’d come back whenever I’m in Channelside and feeling a little thirsty!

A must-go if you’re in town looking for a good time. Try all the flavors. They’ll let you! Beware, after two of these slushies… things will get weird. While on a bachelor party, this was one of our first stops. Plus, they truly support a bunch of college/professional teams that you may have in common! Personally, I would never order food hear as I see it being only for drinking.
