Love coming here after a long work week, enjoying a few drinks and listening to a live band. Being an open air bar, it’s perfect for summer nights. The bar can get packed on game nights so be sure to get their early! Food is available through Splitsville and is decent bar food. The crowd is always friendly and you can bring your four-legged friends too!

I was looking for something like this place, and luckily i found it. It has a amazing beer menu, whatever you like you’ll find it here. And if you are not on a beer mood, a complete bar you get. The food is also great, small but for sure there is something for you. The place is small, and has patio, but it’s a great beer place.

Fun unique spot in Tampa with a view of the water. Especially nice when there is good weather. It’s a cool spot to watch the cruise ships leaving in the later afternoon too. Live music on the weekends and sometimes during the week. This place is happening on Lightning game nights. Food is available through Splitsville and the pizza is pretty good for bar food. Bar staff is super nice, friendly and accommodating. Cold beer, good drinks and especially great bloody Mary’s!

I Love this place! Dina the bartender has been there since hey opened and is absolutely a joy! I love seeing her smiling face and great attitude! The atmosphere is great and they have live music a lot of the time. Great place to come before a game or concert. We love going for Sunday fun day!

Great little bar in the center of Channelside. It’s all outside and not very big, but there’s a full bar, more liquor than beer. Great service. TVs mounted behind the bar. They don’t make good themselves but you can order it from Spittsville next door and they’ll deliver it.

If you are not a local — don’t go here. We sat for 15 minutes waiting for the server to come over. She proceeded to wait on people she knew. We left — don’t waste your time or money.

This is a little outdoor bar right in the middle of the Channelside«Mall» next to the lame bowling alley Splitsville. Not much seating and it’s infested with tourists, but still a great bar. We were there Sunday for the Memorial Day fireworks and it was packed but our bartender was incredible. She worked her butt off the entire time and was very, very quick and friendly. There was a pretty good band playing that night and the fireworks were decent too. The only caveat — they don’t stay open very late so get there early.

Wanted to grab a drink before a Lightning game and was curious what was still open in Channelside. We found The Boat House in the middle of the courtyard and went there since they had a guitarist playing, who was pretty good. It took a while to get a drink as there was only one bartender(but there weren’t many people there). I asked if it was happy hour and she said yes, $ 3.50 Bud Lites. Yikes. That’s happy hour? The beer was cold and it was nice sitting outside listening to the music. I hope the area fills up again because it was nice having all of the restaurants and movie theater around.

Live Music. A view of the water. A great pour on the drinks. Restaurants all around. Nice! After talking with bartender, place opened in April 2012. Part of Splitsville. A great addition.

I’m so happy that this place opened. I’m even happier now that I know that Stumps and Howl at the Moon are gone. The Boat House popped up right in the middle of the courtyard at Channelside. Boathouse has been open since the spring this year(I think). It is a basically a pavilion with a boat theme. It’s completely outdoors but offers shade under it’s tin roof. People have slowly started adding bumper stickers to it’s iron foundation so it’s quickly becoming a quirky little local spot. One of my favorite things? They have a bucket on the bar that says, «Catch and Release» which has coozie’s provided by the bar or coozies that have been«donated» to the bar. I’m a girl who likes a dry hand while I sip my cocktail so I’m a huge fan. They have live music on the weekends and the drink prices are reasonable. So, stop by and grab a coozied beer before a movie or make a night of it. I have! They also have 2 big screens so you could catch a game if you’re not concerned about hearing the announcing(which is usually awful anyways). You can also order take out from any of the restaurants down in Channelside and bring it over to your table.
