We were in a rush to eat and get to a concert. The manager Jeremy. Came over to help bus a high top for us our waitress was at the table shortly. The food came out quickly and hot. The service was top notch. And we made it to Amalie arena in plenty of time. My new go to spot for a quick drink and app before an event. Thank you.

We were here Friday night with a group of people. One in our group knew the bartender, and he was mixing up some great drinks. He failed to notice the rest of the people in our group, serving 4 of the 10 or so. It’s understandable one or two times, but he served them 4 times before he even glanced our way, and we were literally probably 4 feet down the side of the bar, very obviously in the same group. When we finally got his attention, he seemed pretty inebriated, and slurring his words. I asked what whiskey was their well, and he slurred something about«crown, no jam». Then I asked if they had Jim Beam, to which he said, No jam, we have something like knob creek, but I don’t know what that is.” One, if you’re a bartender that’s crazy. Two, if I can’t understand you, that’s a problem. I told him I didn’t want to order through him because he wasn’t being much help, and it was past the point of trying for me. He went and told a females bartender something, she looked at us, and rolled her eyes. Thankfully a manager was behind the bar and helped us. We have all worked in the hospitality business, so we understand being busy, taking a shot with a customer or two, and that sometimes things don’t go the way customers want. This however, was a huge disappointment and letdown. Way too expensive, drinks are weak, service is in the pits.

This is not a review about the bowling experience(there were no available lanes). So this is strictly about the food and service. It was very crowded, as expected on new year’s eve. We finally found some seats at the bar area and ordered food. Our server Sid was awesome! She makes a hell of a strong blue margarita. Thanks Sid! It was worth $ 8! We also ordered the french fries and they were so delicious. Nothing super special, but they were so well seasoned and soft(just the way i like them). I also had the naked wings with a side of sriracha and blue cheese. They were delicious as well. No complaints on the food and service. They have a great menu w/a lot of variety for the palate(sushi, burgers, wings, pasta(i think), dessert, etc). Hopefully next time i come I’ll be able to bowl.

When this place first opened, we stopped in and were impressed with how cool the place looked. Fast forward a number of years, and we are finally back to bowl and have lunch. My how time can change things. This place is honestly in complete disrepair at this point. Furniture is scratched and torn, the ball returns are taped together, and the paint seems to be peeling off the walls. As far as I can tell, they have not put a dime into refurbishing and fixing up the place since it has been open. We decided to eat lunch and have a few sodas while here, and the experience did not improve. The food was dry, overcooked, and tasteless. The sodas that we ordered were horrendous. I know something was off with the soda fountain itself, but they insisted that we were mistaken. Every soda had a taste of bitterness that is never present in soda. No offer was made to remove that from our bill after multiple attempts to try different sodas. Overall, a terrible and overpriced experience. This is a place to avoid if you are in the area, at least until they decide to fix it up. Judging by the fact that we were one of two families in there on a Saturday afternoon, I’d say the word is already out.

This is the most funnest place ever! Tons of food, great drinks, bowling, pool tables and more. The perfect place for a private party! What’s best about this place is private bowling lanes. Fairly priced, great service.

Great spot on a Thursday night. Great specials on games and drinks. The food was better than expected; recommend the Parmesan chicken tenders. Service was great too, but it was a slow night. Total of 12 lanes and tons of seating, so plenty of room anytime. Atmosphere is also clean and upbeat, with good music. Overall good experience.

Splitsville is a fun themed restaurant that centers your meal around bowling lanes spread throughout the place. It is a terrific ice breaker or activity focus for team building or an outing with friends. Dress is trendy to casual depending on whether guests are coming from work downtown or going out later in the day. Since most of this social crowd are not good bowlers, the bowling and accompanying humor makes the evening much more fun than dinner at a regular restaurant. They have a happy hour type gathering followed by families and groups of adult friends gathering. I do recommend reserving lanes if you have a group. Give it a go and enjoy a different kind of night out!

I’ve been to Splitsville a handful of times. The food is decent, but the service is always terrible. They usually have large areas closed off for«private parties» and 9 times out of 10, no one shows up/sits down in the closed off areas. It’s always a bunch of empty tables the entire time(2 – 3 hours) that we’re there. On one occasion, a group of us walked in before a Lightning game to get some drinks and appetizers and bowl a few rounds. We bowled one game and the server approached us and told us they«accidentally» gave our lane away. She then took another 20 – 30 minutes after that to bring us our check. The place could be cool, but the bad service ruins it for me.

The worst service ever!!! There were only 3 bar tenders working. My friends and I were often skipped over. I definitely won’t be back.

We went there during the hockey playoffs. It was super busy but well decorated with playoff stuff. I had the pizza, which by the way isn’t a personalized size. Its a pie with 6 – 8 slices. So we split the toppings. It wasn’t anything special. The staff was very friendly and I would come back to bowl and meet up with friends.

This place is absolutely dying. Booths are torn and split(no pun intended) and the lanes are constantly jamming. Service is poor and staff would rather be somewhere, anywhere, else. Not worth the trip.

Splitsville is such a nice bowling alley! It’s very classy and has a fairly large inside bar. Drinks can be pricy! Cha Ching! This isn’t going to be your typical smoky bowling alley, so don’t expect to smoke a cigarette inside or hear ACDC playing. You can find parking across from Splitsville in the parking garage or valet your car in the outside parking lot. Cruise ships depart from here. Splitsville is fun for date night or a group outing. At certain times, they only let 21+ in.

Have no idea about Splitsville, but Deana @ the BOATHOUSE Bar makes Sunday Funday the absolute best celebration of friends, fun & great, crowd-pleasing music courtesy of Rob K! You won’t be ‘new’ for long — as everyone is welcomed heartily and quickly becomes a ‘regular’! Deana rocks the house and creates a welcoming, party atmosphere where you’ll be coming back to for the fun!

We had a private work event here this past week, and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised! I am a germaphobe so I chose not to bowl but rather socialize, I know… what a shocker! The food wasn’t too bad here. I enjoyed the sushi and the pizza. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The bathrooms were clean. I also loved the variety of music they were playing which were accompanied by their corresponding videos. All the bowling lanes looked fully functional. The only thing I wasn’t a fan of was that you couldn’t see each team’s scoring if you were watching from afar. Each lane has their own individualized screen. I would definitely return to socialize for a change of pace. To bowl… not so much.

Went here on a Thursday night when they said online that open bowling started at 7. We got there & all lanes were reserved until 9. Whatever — we drank anyway & got a few snacks. Staff was good & food was decent.

I’ve been here twice in the last year or so, and both were for a private Outback Bowl event. As you would expect for something like this, everything was complimentary and we took full advantage of the opportunity to bowl. The touch screen on our lane did not work well at all, so a server went to the main desk and had them program our names in properly. This was the only issue with the bowling itself and we really enjoyed it. After quite a few games of bowling, we finished off the night with a couple games of billiards and everything was in working order on our table. Unfortunately, it was on billiards tables that had no real view of any of the TVs, so I wouldn’t want to be there on a night where I wanted to keep an eye on a televised sporting event. A server that really hustled named Syd(short for Sydney) kept us really happy, whether we needed beer, wine, water or assistance with that bowling touch screen. The food was various appetizers either passed or served buffet style and while we did not have very much of it, all of it was tasty and perfect for the occasion. I think the only reason I don’t go to Splitsville outside of these type of events is because of the depressing nature of Channelside. There’s a lot of fun to be had, food is good, drinks are available and Syd and other employees that I dealt with were very nice. Hopefully, Splitsville can hang in there long enough to enjoy whatever the Lightning ownership have in mind to rebuild this development that was horribly designed in the first place. Seriously, what poor excuse for an architect thought it made sense to construct a development that effectively destroyed views of the port and the water on a great piece of land like this between the aquarium, mutli-purpose arena and major hotel?

Why don’t you guys close already? Seriously, you have one foot in the grave. This place has not been touched up since they opened and you can definitely tell. The last time I was here was 5 plus years ago, and it was actually a cool place to hang out. Fast forward to today, and I could barely walk in from the putrid smell. Well, the kids waned to bowl, so i plunked down my $ 50 for one game and we bowled. yes, just bowled. Food did not look great, and the smell had already turned me off. It is a shame that they do not kep up this location like the one in downtown Disney. Complete 180! Oh, and the scoring machines are broken. It kept adding pins to my score. Guess thats good if you want to cheat. Never again!!!

Splitsville is one of the only businesses still open at Channelside. It’s quite sad actually. Hopefully someone will change Channelside for the better. It has a lot of potential, it just needs someone to help discover it. I attended a fundraising event at Splitsville on a Wednesday after work. The place is very well maintained and very open. Ou won’t get a cramped feel or a claustrophobic sense. The waitstaff is fine-nothing great, but nothing horrible either. For bar food, it’s pretty good. Once again, nothing phenomenal but nothing that’s going to turn your stomach. I can’t chime in on how this place is during the weekend or during a game, but from my limited experiences, I would think it could be a good option for some pre or post game festivities.

We ended up here looking for food before a Storm game. We didn’t really know what to expect and after our initial vibe from walking in the door; we didn’t expect munch. The décor was cheesy, the staff looked young and like most of Channelside it seemed a little run down. The menu sounded good, but we were weary. My Husband ordered a Greek Salad and I ordered the pulled pork with a wedge salad and broccoli(it normally comes with fries and coleslaw). When the food arrived we were pretty impressed with how it looked. I was even more amazed when I took a bite. My pulled pork was good and wasn’t fatty at all(my biggest pulled pork pet peeve). The broccoli was fresh, well cooked and well seasoned. The wedge salad was perhaps my favorite. I subbed in Ranch instead of the Blue Cheese and it was very fresh and tasty. I demolished it and ended up leaving most of the broccoli and some of the pork because I was so full. The portions were big! I initially thought the food was overpriced, but for what we received it was a decent price. I would like to come back here and bowl. I am also curious about their sushi. I heard a rumor that Baywalk may be getting a Splitsville and I am hoping that is true. Either way, I will be back.
