Needed my battery replaced. Came here based on the good reviews, and couldn’t be more pleased.
Customer service was very good. Took advantage of the special on Unilocal,and they also gave me a military discount as well! Ended up adjusting the fit by taking a link out, and they reconditioned my watch also… most of the superficial scratches were removed!
Great experience with these pro’s.

Stopped by today to change the battery of 4 watches and saw the deal going on Unilocal and took advantage of it. The gentleman that helped me was really nice and took care of everything in 20 minutes. One of the watches needed a new band and he was able to offer one for a good price and have it all taken care. Highly recommend them if you need a watch repair, battery, etc.

I suddenly noticed the ruby in my wedding ring was loose and didn’t have time to send off for warranty repair since I wanted to wear at an event on Saturday. I had just flew in from Chicago and looked up jewelry repair and found TIME SQUARE UNLIMITED. I called ahead and asked some questions and was able to get my ring repaired by professional staff the same day in about 20 min for reasonable price.
Very much appreciated the professional and outstanding customer service.

Never never go to this store. The technician here is not professional at all. I came here to get holes on my new watch’s band. They put a ugly look and functionless hole in my watch’s band. That totally ruin my new year gift! I uploaded a picture about what they did to my watch. The technician not even measure my waist and put the ugly hole in the band. The hole was in a weird position which has a larger distance than other origin holes’ distance. Super unprofessional. And the most important thing is the hole is ugly (not match to origin holes) and useless! I cannot put the band lock to the hole. It doesn’t fit at all!!! And I paid $ 6 for this useless ugly hole. And I think I need to buy a new watch band again. It was complete disaster! I will upload the pics to prove I am not lying.

Nice people, quick and great service at reasonable price. I come from Pinellas county to their store because they are honest, not trying to sell you any battery replacement plans. Clean store. Great watch selection (just in case you are looking!)

Brought in a watch for battery replacement and a new strap. The watch ended up needing more work and we decided it wasn’t worth fixing. The staff was very helpful and didn’t pressure me into any purchases which I value highly. I would recommend this store to anyone, without a doubt.

Not much to say except I was in and out just to replace a watch battery and they fit my needs to a tee. Called ahead to find out where they were and what they charge. Guy that answered was really nice and knowledgable. Told me they are near Dicks Sporting Goods and I should use that door to make it easier on myself. To replace a watch battery is usually $ 10.95 unless your watch has screws on the back then it’s $ 12.95. That’s cheap compared to other places, a lot I called were $ 15 and up.
Small store but very clean, good location and really nice staff who took care of me right away.

We took four watches to get their batteries replaced. The manager and employee were very professional and competitive with their prices. All the work was completed in an extremely timely fashion while we shopped around Westshore Mall. I would highly recommend them to get any watch repair work done. We would definitely return for repeat business.

Walked in for a replacement battery for my Casio wristwatch. The shop owner was friendly and professional. My watch was promptly repaired and cleaned while I waited. Reasonable rates, too.
