My watch band had been broken for several weeks when I brought it to this repair shop located near Dillard’s in International Plaza. A very nice gentleman fixed it for me in minutes! I wish I hadn’t waited so long to bring it in. I highly recommend this store and will be back soon with other items needing repair.

Extremely friendly staff and quick work. I’ve been here twice: one watch was repaired (internal face piece had come loose) and second watch had links taken out to fit. Both repairs were under $ 20 and took under half an hour (obviously easy to kill time in this mall). If I ever have further watch repairs, this is my place to go.

These guys are super great and fixed an impossible knot on my really delicate Roberto coin diamond necklace. It was done in less than 15 minutes and they even cleaned my necklace without me having to even ask!
