Deja Vu Nails

A close friend of mine is a regular at Déjà vu, and I needed to get my nails done so she told me to go here and ask for Helen. I went in for a fill without an appointment and was quickly seated which was great. Helen was busy so Sophia did my nails. Now when it came down to the acrylic, she was very neat and precise. However, before I even began receiving my fill I showed her a picture and asked her if she could do the design that was in the picture on my nails. Sofia looked at the picture and said, :Of course I can.” When it was time to do the design she butchered it. I could tell she was struggling and frustrated and after a while she just said, «I can’t do the design let’s just put glitter over it it’s going to look better that way because the design doesn’t even look good.» I wouldn’t have been upset if she originally told me when I showed her the picture that she couldn’t do it. But because she was dishonest trying to keep my business that made me upset .I left very upset with my nails looking a mess and I will never come back here again.

This place is absolutely terrible. I went in to fix a broken nail and the staff was beyond rude and unprofessional. I would never go back and would not recommend this place to anyone.

Really wanted to like this place but the people are so rude ! We called and made an apt and arrived on time. They kept us waiting for 30 minutes and then put is in chairs where they kept me waiting another 25 minutes. It’s the worse service i have ever received at a nail salon, and that says a lot! Don’t go there !!

This was by far the best pedi that I have ever had. For $ 22 they literally gave me the best leg/​foot massage! The chairs are amazing. I feel very relaxed.
