Until recently we had never had a problem here. Went through drive thru and the girls were awful! Didn’t get to order everything we wanted. We asked for the manager and she said she’d talk to them. Checked the bags and half the order was missing. I went in spoke to the manager who quickly got the rest of the order together and kept asking if I wanted the items we hadn’t been able to order. During this conversation, the drive thru crew were loudly talking about us, making rude comments, and proving my point that they were immature and unprofessional. No one goes to a fast food place expecting perfect service but okay to decent would have been nice. I’ve really only gotten lunch here when with one friend while we are in Britton Plaza. I won’t be going there again.

This store is filthy, the bathroom looks like homeless people pissed over the sink, walls, floor, & toilet, hospitality is terrible, their speed of Service is non-​existent, & the food! Jesus Christ the food! I waited nearly 15 minutes for 2 been burritos & what I got was 2 tortillas with been juice in it.
I used to be an Assistant Manager to Taco Bell & I will NEVER go there again.

Well gave them one last chance. Once more the staff was too busy chatting amongst themselves ro bother to get the order right no matter how many times you attempt to correct them. 2 beef meximelts, and a burrito supreme with no tomatoe, simple order. What I ended up with… two soft shell tacos, no cheese. those were supposedly theiir meximelts. And the burrito had lettuce and beans, no beef, no sour cream, no onions, could have sworn that made it a bean burrito but then they couldn’t charge me the higher prices. That was the last time I bother with this piss poor place.

Last Sunday I ate lunch at the restaurant. This place is a disaster in the food preparation area. I don’t know how they can stay open. I’ve had good food served at several other Taco Bell’s but this place is ridiculous! This place thinks the only ingredient is refried beans! Stay away and find another Taco Bell.

Had a simple drive through order — 1 Mexican pizza. It was handed out the window to me sideways and they gave me no fork. So I got a Mexican pizza mess oozing into the bag that I suppose they intended I would eat with my hands. Wow. It appeared they were teaching a new person at the window which would make you think they would make efforts to train him right, but noooooo. I think I’ll be running for other borders in the future. This location doesn’t have its act together.

I think everyone has been to Taco Bell at one point or another. That said, it’s great for late nights. I’m not going to tell you what to get only because you’ve already got your favorites on the menu and don’t say you don’t.
