Jos. A. Bank Clothiers

Jos. A. Bank is one of my favorite menswear stores, and this location in Citrus Park is very convenient for folks that live in the NW Hillsborough County area. You’ll find Jos. A. Bank in the strip mall across from Citrus Park Mall, and behind Smokey Bones, Olive Garden, and Longhorn Steakhouse. It’s in the same strip mall that also contains Staples, Sports Authority, Best Buy, and PetsMart, and they are on the end which is closest to Smokey Bones.
Just like the larger Jos. A. Bank Clothiers in International Plaza and Hyde Park, you’ll find a very complete selection of men’s suits, sports coats, dress slacks, dress shirts & ties, sportswear, outwear, and even shoes. The people who work here are all menswear pros, and they’re very good at determining your sizes without even pulling out a tape measure. If they don’t have the items in stock then they’ll check with neighboring stores or order it directly through the website, and then call you when it’s at their store.
Since I generally wear a sports coat, dress slacks, and a dress shirt for client meetings, I’m a frequent shopper at this store. They keep a profile in the computer which tells them which suits and sport coats I’ve bought in the past, as well as a listing that shows my preference for styles and colors with shirts & ties. Pretty slick system! The costs for tailoring is very reasonable, and the turnaround time is generally just a few days.
Even though they have massive sales going on throughout the entire store, I was only interested in finding a tie that I could wear for the upcoming Unilocalie «red carpet» awards event. My personal «menswear consultant» was very helpful and laid out a nice selection of black ties to go with my planned ensemble (his words, not mine).
You’ll look better than good if you shop at Jos. A. Bank!
