Dillard’s

This is one of my favorite Dillard’s in the area. They have an excellent selection of women’s designers on the upper level. Everything is very well spread out, and favorites are easy to find. I love that they carry major labels i.e. Ralph Lauren, Calvin Klein, Michael Kors, etc. plus some lesser known favorites like Chelsea and Violet and Gianni Bini.
Very large shoe department located on the lower level, as well as both a nice jewelry area, and good size handbag department.
Look for the pink markdown tags on the items you wish to purchase — those are the ones on sale, and usually there is no discount on top of that. The one exception to the discount rule is that every January 1^st, they open at 9 am, and everything that has been marked down (everything that has a pink tag) is now at least 50% off. It’s a great time to purchase Christmas ornaments, and miscellaneous presents for the following year.

The women’s suiting area was well organized, staff people were very helpful and when the pants size for the suit I wanted were not available, they shipped my size right to my home for free. The store is peaceful and calming to shop, versus the disorganization and chaos of the Macy’s in the Citrus Park mall.

I shop here a lot for various reasons, and wouldn’t normally scribe a review for such a large chain store. However, I stopped in last weekend for a very specific Christmas present, and a young lady named Ruma helped me in the biggest way with some items I have no clue on. So I’m very thankful they had her working there, and now I can’t wait for my Chica to open her present in 3 day’s time!

Just had the worst sales rep I’ve encountered in a long time trying to buy shoes for my son. I love dillards, have a card, shop there all the time, but I’ll buy my kids shoes somewhere that actually wants my money.
