Great company. Shop every day here and love the staff. Dedicated hard workers would recommend for coffee anytime and breakfast sandwiches are the best gotta love dunkin.

Slow. Waited literally 15 – 20 minutes for a large chocolate shake inside. They have 2 ppl working drive thru, 1 inside. So when the drive thru isn’t busy, they still don’t help. Then I had to wait for the lady to clean everything before she even rang me up. Then she overcharges me and said the sign was wrong but got angry when I asked for the correct charge. Not to
Mention she, asked if I wanted whip cream in my shake, bc it was like 2 inches shy of the rim. She was livid when I said no whip cream and asked for the cup to be filled up. Manager wasnt any better at handling the price difference and just acted angry. I’m not even a confrontational type, but I should have mirrored them and gave them their own taste of their medicine. Wish I kept my receipt so I can complain to corporate.

Slowest Dunkin on the planet. The people are nice but it takes forever to place then receive your order. I waited 10 minutes for the person in front of me to receive their food before anyone took my order. No matter how long the drive thru line is you are better off waiting in it vs going inside. Every time I go inside it takes forever. Perhaps I have learned my lesson.

Friendly and quick service at 10am yesterday. I ordered 3 ½ dozen donuts and were thrilled to learn they are peanut-​free. I ordered a dozen glazed, a dozen chocolate, a dozen sprinkled and a half dozen iced. I thought their prices were a little high, but got what I needed.

The worst Dunkin Donuts in the world. Or at least in the Top 5. I wanted a bagel with cream cheese but the guy making the food didn’t want to make it. I sat waiting for a long time. Finally I was asked what I’m waiting for and then yelling came from the guy in the back saying he didn’t want to make it. The manager tried to force him to make it and then I said No I do Not want him to make it. Please refund my money. I did get a refund but it’s unbelievable that guy still has a job or at least disciplined and told to go home. Manager didn’t even say a word… Not coming back here.

The coffee is inconsistent. Sometimes it tastes old. I always have to pull up to the white line to wait for an order which should only take 30 seconds to complete. When I order food, sometimes I get told it’s simply unavailable. Don’t expect a smile from the employees either. They act like you are inconveniencing them by giving them business.

TL;DR — stand in a long line to get served donuts with an attitude
I like Dunkin Donuts, just not this particular store
When you have a good product, you’ll usually have a line and should plan accordingly. This place doesn’t seem to understand that. The few times I’ve been here, they’ve run out of the more popular donuts, leaving you to choose from the weird, stepchild ones. If that wasn’t bad enough, there’s always a line with a grumpy cashier waiting to greet you. My last gripe is the fact that a dozen donuts are close to being 9 bucks which is ridiculous. They use to be 6 bucks a dozen. For a dollar or 2 more, you can get better gourmet donuts up the road.
I’ll swing by this location if its convenient but avoid it otherwise

This is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts on the planet. The food is fine, not good, just fine. But the service stinks. No one is ever friendly. They never have anything ready, so you have to «pull up to the white line» even though there are hardly any cars in line. And they also forget part of your order. The manager needs to read Unilocal reviews. Everybody can’t be wrong. I no longer order food, just coffee. And even THAT takes forever.

It is a crime to have such terrible service at a doughnut shop. With coffee this delicious, I really wish they could get their act together. The service is terrible, they constantly run out of doughnuts, and I have to double check my orders before I leave the drive thru to make sure I have the correct order. There are many other locations in the Bay area that I recommend over this locale, but unfortunately, it’s the closest to my house so I keep going back for more punishment.

It’s always extremely dirty here also.
The donuts are always hard and never fresh, no matter what time of day I go!
I go here every couple months to give it another chance. I always leave with regret, very annoyed, and unsatisfied with what I bought.
