Dunkin’ Donuts

We drove through because I NEEDED caffeine. When it was our turn. we waited. and waited… and waited, for a total of 4 minutes. Apparently the Gentleman taking the orders and making the coffee could only do one thing at a time, and he was slow.
I ordered the new Caramel Macchaito, but the macchaito machine was down, so I ordered an Iced coffee with caramel. When I got to the window, he asked me if I wanted cream and sugar. yes, that’s fine. What I got back was an iced coffee that was guaranteed to make me diabetic in one swig. The sugar at the bottom of the cup was ¹⁄₈^th of an inch thick!
Needless to say, I drank maybe three sips before this was too much for me. UGH.

I’ve seriously gotten better service at other dunkin donuts. It took over 10 minutes to get my 1 iced coffee at the drive through, I literally watched the drive through runner making sandwiches for the in-​store customers while i just sat there — staring at him with that early morning give me my damn coffee look — while two women sat by the register, one looking like a manager, doing absolutely nothing to help him though his was obviously overwhelmed. I tried to flag them down — the woman even locked eyes with me twice and yet they did absolutely nothing. I felt bad for the guy but I was honestly about to drive away when he came over after I waved my arms a few times at him (I hate being that person) and after seeing how they charge .32 cents more for the same DD medium coffee I can get elsewhere, I’d just rather go elsewhere. Worst dunkin experience ever.

It is a standard Dunkin’ Donuts attached to a gas station.
They are fast, and have never gotten my order wrong.
I like their iced coffee better than the more acidic blends I find at Starbucks, so this is my go to if I am getting a caffeinated drink from a large chain.
It is easier to exit the lot onto the side street and turn right onto Dale Mabry, and it is to try to turn right onto Dale Mabry directly from the parking lot.

Best dunkin donuts I’ve been to with quick and friendly customer service. I frequent this location on N dale mabry quite often to pick up brrakfast for myself and coworkers. I usually have a pretty hefty order and they are always quick getting it together with smiles on their faces. They have some delicious new seasonal items like the pumpkin glazed donuts which are awesome! I also loved their hashbrowns. Thanks dunkin for doing a great job with this location.

This this place is the best Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been always great customer service. They always have every product available never had a problem. My experience in the past of Dunkin’ Donuts has never been a great one but I’ve never had a bad one with this place
