Domino’s Pizza

This is my last straw with dominos… I have tried 3 locations. Each time I have experienced the same thing. The person answering the phone always sounds like they have no clue they are on planet earth. Service is terrible. Delivery takes more than an hour. I have been contacted by dominos about my previous reviews. This review will not change. The problem resides within that location and staff. Try and change that, not my review.
Offering me a free or apology pizza will not fix your customer service issues.

Wednesday Dec 30^th. Order placed at 11:49pm. An hour later my pizza has still not arrived. Called the store to find out where my order was and was told that it was leaving the store. Pretty sad after an hour it was just leaving the store. Person who answered the phone was rude as well. I’ll be keeping this experience in mind next time I order pizza.
Great commercials Dominos. Maybe save a few bucks for training your store employees next time.

When we first moved into our neighborhood Dominoes, nor any other delivery, save one, would deliver. Recently they began delivery service to our area, I guess «the hood“‘s reputation is improving, and we couldn’t be happier! Thin & crispy is not on the menu from the one place that would deliver to us! A couple times the delivery was later than expected, but the pizza is always hot and fresh. Drivers are friendly and the new app is excellent! Thanks, Dominoes!

This is hands down the worst pizza place in the State of Florida! On multiple occasions I’ve had them try to charge me more then the menu price because of the time I ordered pizza. The staff is extremely rude and could care less about the customer! I’ve reported this place already once and will again if needed.
Last night I ordered on their «app» and when I got there they tell me they never got my order at all! Thank God I took a screen shot of my order or they would have just turned he away like they tried to do. I sat there and waited for 40 mins while they made my pizza! Then they tried «selling» me hot sauce and Parmesan cheese. You get this free at any normal pizza place!!! I can’t stand this place or their staff. I hope their doors get shut down!

So after my last review, Dominoes wanted to make things right. They apologized and wanted to give me a free pizza. During the apology they gave all kinds of excuses, including convention, understaff, weather. I ordered my pizza for carryout. I arrive to get my apology pizza and had to wait in hot parking lot before driver returned. I did not make a big deal out of it because at least they were trying to be nice.
Today, I ordered pizza online for delivery. I waited over an hour to call and find out where it was. The black woman who picked up the phone kept repeating it is carry out instead of asking me what I wanted. When I got upset that she was just repeating same thing over and over, instead of finding out how to resolve the issue, she hung up on me without issuing a refund or resolving how the issue would be handled. I called back and manager said he would send it out with next driver.
After abount 2 hours, with no update from this store, I called in and was told that the driver could not make it because of flooding. It is not flooding just raining. One more excuse, this store is a joke. Placed a delivery order at Oriental Express, they were very friendly and said order would be out soon.
I have been eating dominoes since college and will never order again. Its just not worth it, many other pizza shops hire quality staff that treat the customer well and work with them to resolve problems.

Good pizza for a good price when I am at work downtown. Picking up is good but delivery is almost impossible within the hour even though I am just down four blocks from this place. This place is really tiny and only for taking out and not dining in. It is a super small place and I don’t know how they would do with a big crowd.

It’s a dominoes that doesn’t give me dysentery and delivers hot. Can’t beat that.

5 stars for a Dominos? Yea, go on… hate on me. Tell me my reviews will never hold weight again. Tell me I’m out of my mind. Tell me I’ve lost it. Unfollow me. Heck call Unilocal HQ and try to get me fired…
BUT, before you do all that… go to Tampa. Stay at the hotel across the street from this Domino’s. Go drinking with the Tampa Bay Community Manager. Get back to the hotel STARVING. Place an order. Go outside in shorts and a shirt — while you are FREEZING, because you didn’t bring any warm clothes. Pick up your pizza and breadsticks that aren’t even out of the oven yet — then cross the street with warm pizza gloves from the residual heat off the box… and then… and ONLY THEN… eat them.

Go on, I dare you. I double dog dare you to not give this place a 5 star review after THAT!
Ok so, the pizza was good. The seasoned crust is awesome… the mushrooms… the sauce… it was great. BUT… those cheese sticks. WHOA! More like a cheese pillow. It was fluffy, stuffed with cheese and perfect after an evening of brewery hopping.
Was it the best quality in the world? NO
Was it healthy? Deff not.
Was it late as hell, everything else was closed, and hit the spot with cheesy bread goodness? YES. YOU DAMN RIGHT IT WAS.
Oh yea, and the folks that work there are pretty nice too. Both on the phone and when we arrived.

Always a pleasure ordering from this Domino’s! They have never gotten an order wrong, are super fast and the delivery drivers are excellent and very friendly! Highly recommend!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE HORRIBLY INCOMPETENT PEOPLE! Worst and most unreliable delivery ever. Wish I could give zero stars. Called for a delivery order and was told it would be about 45 min. Paid over the phone and waited. Delivery guy called about 45 min later and said he was walking through lobby door. Went down to lobby. No delivery guy. Waited 10 min. Called him back. He asked me why I told him wrong hotel. Told me he was in lobby of some hotel I’ve never heard of. I reiterated that I was at the Hilton and only ever said I was at the Hilton. He said he was close and would bring me the pizza shortly. He called back and said he was walking into the Hilton lobby. I went to the lobby and waited. And waited. No pizza. He wouldn’t answer his phone. Called the store. Manager was rude. Said I must have given wrong address. I explained that I don’t know any addresses here and just wanted a pizza at the Hilton. Kept putting me on hold. Never fixed the problem. Never delivered the pizza. Never said they would reverse the charge to my credit card. Worst pizza delivery outfit ever.

Always fast and always friendly. I order online and my food is here in record time!
