If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I wish I spent the time to read reviews before visiting a place but now I’ve learned. I hope someone reads this and steers clear of this place.
I checked it out on a Friday afternoon and like the other poster noted it was dead, I was the only one here. I just needed a gel manicure. The only place I’ve ever seen that doesn’t have the «color wheels» so you can choose your color. The entire manicure was rushed and sloppy. She ended up ruining my nail beds and the actual paint job was horrendous. I could have done better with my eyes closed using my left hand. I had polish on my cuticles and it wasn’t even.
When it was time for my «massage» the woman very harshly dug her fingers into my hands forearms and even shoulders! Who does that? It was the farthest thing from comfortable.
I won’t be returning here. This was only 2 days ago and it had already started peeling (meaning she hadnt bonded it well). I went to shellak nails on Dale Mabry and had them redone today.

I’m giving this place two stars because I don’t completely dislike the place and I wouldn’t go out of my way to go here. I came in on a Saturday afternoon about 2pm and it’s empty. Completely empty. Asked to get my eyebrows and upper lip waxed; no problem, $ 14. No fancy service/​experience here. She sat me in an office chair that barely leaned back. She worked very quickly and didn’t spill any wax on my clothes (a fear I have with the sitting-​upright thing). Overall, Meh. They’re not particularly friendly or anything, just a run-​of-​the-​mill Asian nail place.

Came in for a manicure and was very disappointed. The manicurist rushed through the entire thing. She barely touched my cuticles, and then put the polish OVER the cuticles. My nails look HORRIBLE. I hate them, and will never come here again. I do not recommend this place.
BTW, this review is by my lovely wife, Ana. I can vouch for the fact they did a real number on her nails.
