For places like Burger King, I only have three categories i’m thinking about for ratings: cleanliness, food, and service.
The cashiers were fun to deal with and we conversed about skateboarding as I waited for my food. The food itself was served well cooked, but the upkeep of the restaurant in general was quite a disaster. The soda machine was stained from the bottom to the top, and the restroom was pretty messy too.
Good food but poor cleanliness.

Thieves! They stole from my son and his friends when they did not receive their order through the drive thru and then said they would refund his money in 3 days. (I will hold my breath) Rude, non caring employees when a manager was brought into the conversation to be made aware of the situation they did so in spanish and they started laughing. This is not a way to do business. Stay away.

I’ve worked westshore, Kennedy area for 6 years and have come to this burger King several times with in the 6 years… The lady that works the window is so friendly and almost goes out of her way to give you great service. She always has a warm, friendly, welcoming smile ALWAYS.

If I could not even put a star I would, worst service through the drive though ever, every time I’ve come here the people working here are so rude. I work at a restaurant this is unacceptable. I place my order today I ordered a number 10 sandwhich and an icee. As I pull up to get my order the last working in the back had made something else .So the lady at the window was like she already made this order for you Do u want it. I’m like No its not what I ordered. So pretty Much the lady in the back yelling said I already made IT you want it again after screwing up my order twice. WTF so I just took it. WORST PLACE EVER do not eat here.

SLOPPY CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
So I just got home after going thru the drive-​thru around 6:15 a.m. 5÷18÷15.
Drive thru was empty of customers and lobby was empty which was expected since they just opened for breakfast.
I ordered French toast sticks, 2 small hash browns, and a bacon/​egg/​cheese croissant WITH sausage.
I had to repeat the croissant order TWICE.
I get home and discover the order was STILL incorrect.
I’m not about to drive all the way back there thru morning traffic in Tampa.
SLOPPY CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Customer service doesn’t exist. The lady have 5 BBQ souse to the customer in front of me and she have me only two… Whenever I ask for more she told me that I have to pay for the extra ones… She literally have 5 to the dude in front of me without charging him at all, I told her and she ignored me and start being disrespectful…

Food was amazing; Whopper was fresh and right off the broiler. None of that microwaving a four hour old burger crap. But what made this visit perfect was Kenneth the cashier. THE MOST polite, respectful and well-​mannered employee (of not just Burger King or any fast food restaurant, but ANY restaurant, period) I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Best BK I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to a lot!

This Burger King has it together! As a child, my family would go to BK once a month as a treat and it was always good. In recent times, it seems that all BKs have gone downhill collectively. I seem to give them a chance once or twice a year and I’m always disappointed and mad that I wasted the calories.
Today was different. My whopper was hot. The fries were crispy and streaming. I actually got the extra pickles and onions I requested.
No, it’s not gourmet and is terrible for you, but this BK got it right.
I haven’t had a decent whopper in years.

Wow, first, I’m admitting to eating this stuff, but when it’s good, it’s not too bad.
I rolled in the other day and they have a hand written paper over the drive through that says no whoppers, no burgers, just chicken and fish.
What??? BURGER King was out burgers? I give up on BK.
