Window contract was signed on Jan. 7, 2015. Window install work began on March 10, 2015 Although work was not completed at the end of day, we told by our salesman Joe that we were still to stick to the terms of the payment agreement(which was a lie as the work was not completed). So we paid our remaining half of the dues $ 14,375 and have yet to have our work completed or even addressed or considered since then. We have called over 15 times and no one ever calls us back with any sort of update — customer service experience has been horrible There is none. Half the time when you call you cannot get through to a person and if you do you get transferred to a voice message machine or put on hold forever. They ignore your pleas to call back, and have every excuse under the sun for why things are not happening. For example, materials not in, medical emergency, miscommunication with just about everyone, person gone home, can’t find your file, Joe is not answering his phone and finally my installers have quit and turned in their keys which I fully believe. This has been the worst customer service experience with a contractor EVER. Today I called to speak to Al about my requested refund and was told there was a medical emergency and he had to leave early. Unbelievable. Not only is the owner Jamie Kiersted rude, he curses on the phone and does not care about how horrible his customer service and reputation is at his company. Their excuses are endless and their concern for their customers is non existent. Shame on me for not doing my homework before hiring or trusting them to honor their sales pitch.

I had 22 windows installed in my house in 1998. We love them. The install process took two days and there was no mess at all. They have held up very well these last 15 years. One had to be replaced last year in our guest room when we discovered it had been installed improperly. They did not have a copy of my warrantee due to a computer crash, fortunately I had the original contract and they promptly replaced the window. We have another window that did not close and lock properly. Albert showed up with an assistant and promptly removed the window and reinstalled it to perfection. The team was courteous and professional. However the front office is totally dysfunctional and incompetent. If I was the owner I would fire them and hire someone who can better represent the company product and services. There is no doubt in my professional mind they are losing customers. I suspect the only reason they are working there is they are related to the owner. Many have complemented our windows and I always say WCV but recommend they shop around due to their customer service representatives.
