Its Sunday afternoon. I asked for a thin crust pizza made. Like ¼ pepperoni pizza. I was specfic and the manager snapped at me“yeah i got it”.i told her i normally make it this way and i had never been waited on by her. «Yeah…i got it.» i explained i dont live close and i wanted to make sure it was right. «Anything else» all attitude. Well i drove all the way home to discover there were no pepperoni. On it. none. I called the store and megen was put on the phone. I asked her if she remembers me. She said“sorry i punched in cheese only… So much for the «i got it»… So my only options were. Getting a $ 3.00 credit“thats twice what the pepperonis cost!!” she actually told me i could come back and they would give «me» the pepperoni to put on the pizza. They at one point told me i couldn’t Bring it back and get a refund.. i explained at that point they were getting the pizza back one way or the other. That i had actually ask not twice but three times to make sure it was correct and it wasnt my fault. Papa Murphy’s. Lost a long time customer over customer service on some pepperonis.

The parking lot is incredibly hard to get around in. I love the fact that it is fresh food. The service was super quick, since I put in a phone order. Small but great service.

This Papa Murphy’s makes some great pizza like all others, but you have to put up with the offensive rap music the staff plays during business hours. I had to yell over the bitches and hoes just to place my order.
It’s also next to a liquor store, and the parking lot is seedy and you often have strange folks with brown paper bags of bottles coming in and ordering food to go.
