I’ve been tried all evening to Order online for the 50% off deal. The response is always «We can’t locate a store near you» even through it worked last night. I call the closest store to get help and they blew me off and told me to just keep trying.

If I can give Zero stars I would but I’m obligated to give one. WORST DELIVERY SERVICE EVER!!! Almost 6⁄7 ORDERS NOW! Had to call every time had to give them our correct phone number every time!!! Delivery was late honestly 1 to 2 hours late EVERYTIME!!! with all the «Everytime’s» said you would THINK common sense would hit in and they would have adjusted our phone number and address the first time let alone the second because we specifically said we moved and got a new phone number in addition to saying please make his our set contact and address… Btw this is speaking to the manager. One job… DONT BE LAZY AND CHANGE CONTACT INFO AND ADDRESS WHEN A CUSTOMER SAYS «YES WE ACTUALLY MOVED AND GOT A NEW PHONE NUMBER!!!» Especially if it is a repeat customer. Lost our service and hopefully everybody else we tell that this dominos does this… Also it’s 1:11 am we made an order at 12am online it said it was done at 12:18am and they’re still not here.

We placed our order at 738pm & was given a 31 – 41 minute delivery window. Online tracker said the driver left at 758pm. At 819pm, I got a call from the store questioning our order. We ordered 2 liter of Mr Pibb — for some reason, it changed it in they’re screen to Mello Yellow. I was told they do not have Pibb in 2 liters, and was offered another choice of soda. I asked if they had it in 20oz — yes — and suggested he give me enough 20oz bottles to make a 2 liter. He reluctantly agreed. We finally received our food around 845pm — it was cold. I called & spoke to a manager who credited back my card.
We have ordered since this experience, and delivery times are slower. It seems like since the shop moved from 72nd to Pac Ave, service has gone down — maybe staffing changed when they moved?

Multiple cancelled orders with no contact.
If dominos is open until 1 am, I should be able to place an order at 12:30, and expect it to arrive. Not be denied with no attempt to make it better.

Had a poor delivery experience, order was not accurate and cold. Ordered online and was called 20 minutes later and told that they were out of pan crust. Another 40 minutes until the pizza arrived and the pizza was cold. The delivery driver was very nice, but it was still very upsetting that the pizza was cold. I left an online complaint on the website, but never received a call or an email.

we stoped in for dinner appox 630pm tonight. purchased a pizza, a two litter of soda.
we asked for cups to drink the soda we purchased there and were also consuming in the restaurant.
The VERY UNPROFESSIONAL manager Christian denyed us cups nor water cups.
This young lady is far from management material she lacks customer services skills.

We ordered two pizzas from here tonight and the delivery was quick and the pizzas were good. We initially tried ordering online but it didn’t work for some reason.
We ordered a supreme and buffalo chicken and the Buffalo chicken could have been a little better. The top was really soupy and the chicken was in huge chunks so you had like one chunk of chicken per piece. It just seemed like it was thrown together a little carelessly.

I have ordered from this particular location three times in the last six months. Every single time something has been wrong with my order. The worst part is if I call or email the store I get no response. It’s rather frustrating and has made me turn myself away from Domino’s as I can pay the same price and get the order done correctly at any other pizza place in the area.

The service was SUPER fast, and friendly… They really work well together here…
Some of our pizza was over cooked, and REALLY greasy.
Their cheesy bread looks stuffed with cheese from their pictures, but it was not, and it didn’t taste good at all, I can’t believe I payed $ 6 for it.
The lava cakes are named as «crunchy», to try to distract you from the fact that they are «crunchy» because the outside is very dry.
The flavor, sauces, toppings, and the appearance of the pizza have come a long way, but there is still a ways to go.
I would buy more if it was cheaper, but for the same price, sometimes less, I can get Pizza hut, or Papa Johns, which in my opinion have always been much better, so why would I pay the same for this pizza, when for the same price, I can get better pizza at other places?
