The initial contact with these folks has been amazing! I called to inquire about taking care of the rats that were gaining access into my attic and Katie spent a great deal of time explaining their service and listening to my rat stories. They were able to schedule me within 2 days! Not only was Chris (the technician) on time, he was early and had already started to look at my property before I got home. He was very thorough and explained their service again and what was included. He was polite, funny, and super comfortable to have poking around my house. I thought the cost of this was reasonable and even more so in regards to the time he spent. Their program makes sense (initial service then follow-​up quarterly) and again, a great value. They gave me a quote on fixing the access points in my crawl space to my attic and this particular work is guaranteed. The product they use for the bait traps is FIRST kill only, safe for pets (my dogs would have to eat tons of dead rats to become ill). The bait traps are difficult for pets to access and weighted so critters don’t carry them away. Something he mentioned right away when he learned I had dogs. Initially, I am super happy. Totally worth giving them a call.

I wish we had started our process with Long’s Pest Control, who proved to be the best in service, reliability and communication. Jane calmed our nerves in scheduling and providing information. Ryan was our technician and was so thorough, knowledgeable and helpful that I had to write a review. Another company we used in the initial stages of the process tried to talk us into adding unnecessary services, and when you don’t know anything about rodent clearing/​prevention, it’s hard to make decisions. Long’s were up front about the services, costs and what we needed/didn’t need.
I would absolutely recommend Long’s…from start to finish.

We have used Longs at our house a couple times for a couple different services and have always had a pleasant service. Every time I call, the receptionist has been friendly and helpful. Technicians have always been on time, friendly and professional. One thing that I really like is the follow up call. I have always gotten a phone call about a week after service to make sure everything went well and to see if we need anything else.

Long’s pest control has been servicing our property quarterly for over 5 years. The technicians are always courteous, on time and professional. They have been able to eliminate any insects & rodents immediately, whenever we have had a problem.
We also receive follow up calls to insure we are completely satisfied.
