I called to set up an appointment. They called me back quickly enough and set up an appointment.
Then for the appointment, they no showed and didn’t call to offer an explanation. I will definitely take my business elsewhere.

This is an amazing store/​product! Michael Hobbs has GREAT knowledge of pests.
I have a HUGE phobia of spiders and I reached out to Michael to learn more about his products. I am glad that they are not harmful towards animals. It was an easy process he showed me how to use the product (I live in an apartment community and their products were not helping at all!) I used it in my place and i finally can sleep soundly at night! I have not seen ANY spiders.
He takes the time to really educate you on the product and how to use the spray — you will not go wrong with Michael Hobbs and the Pest Store! Now I am constantly promoting his store/​products wherever I go!

Michael came over and thoroughly inspected our house. He pointed out where we were having problems and educated us on what the patterns were of the rats who were coming in. He cleared up a lot of mistakes that my husband and I were making and created a very simple plan for us. We are very pleased! I know what to do now to keep the rats away, I know how to handle the treatments, and I know what to do to prevent them from coming back.
Thank you Michael! Not to mention, Michael was friendly, easy to work with, and great with the whole family. I highly recommend him to anyone who has any kind of pest issue. I will come to him for the ants in our hot tub next summer (if they come back).

WITHIN 24HRS. of contacting the PEST STORE, I had a home inspection and a program of abatement set up for a rat infestation. There is not contract involved. I paid 169.00 for the home and property inspection, for which I was a part of. I was given information and thoroughly educated in the rat infestation problem and how to abate the problem. I entered into a monthly inspection and abatement program. A Rat infestation is not to be take lightly, it is a very serious situation that needs an aggressive program of pest control/​abatement immediately!
All this and more, problem solved, and with confidence in my decision. No monthly contracts! Their business model is to inform and educate, and let the customer make an informed decision.
