Fries and milk shakes are good but burgers need more… kinda bland.

The BLT is pretty good, also, but I eat the burgers all the time. I’ve never had a bad burger! Large fry is a meal by itself!

2^nd time there; first time was ok, this time was horrible. Not only did they get the order wrong, they refused to give us the drinks that were part of the combo we paid for. They argued with us about the upgrade to the shake and then just refused to complete the order. Doubt our complaint to the manager or corporate will garner an apology or refund but hough I’d like to be proven wrong. Closest place to new home for a quick bite, doubt we’ll be back.

My husband and stepson love this place. I was not sure what to try on the menu. The «boys» had to have their big burgers. I was not feeling it. I saw that they had a BLT on the menu. I tried it and must say it is one of the best BLT’s I have ever had even if it is on a hamburger bun. The lettuce and tomato are piled on and there is about a ¼ of bacon on it as well. If you like BLTs… I would suggest you try this one.

Eh. It was alright. Nothing groundbreaking or special here. The guy balked when I asked for my burger medium-​rare.
Recommended by a friend, we tried it, but nothing was really that great.

My boyfriend and I were out shopping all morning and were hungry and just wanted to grab something quick and cheap to eat at his place. He suggested we get food from Furgals.
I’ve passed by this place multiple times on pac ave and just never cared to stop by. Driving up to the drive though, it was pretty busy. That’s always a good sign. Nice that they have two drive throughs but the wait was still pretty long.
I didn’t know what to order so my bf just ordered two ¼lb burgers and one large fries.
The fries are good. Not overly greasy and crispy on the outside. The burgers are also good. Not the best around and could use a lot more veggies.
We were both full by the end of the meal and it satisfied our fast food craving. Oh, and $ 8 for a meal for two? Definitely not bad. Would recommend for a cheap date for fast food.

My husband and I love this place. When we tried this place for the first time, it was in August 2015. I ordered their garden burger and my husband got the monster burger. We’ve been going back ever since. I have not had a good garden burger like that ever since we moved from Southern California. We love Frugals.

They have a veggie burger which is awesome. They are not the cheapest, but they have yummy food. They have, however, been extremely rude to my boyfriend on several occasions for no reason. I have witnessed it myself. When I go they are completely pleasant.

My friend and I were talking about having Mexican food but then he suddenly and semi-​excitedly, almost yelling said that we are going to Frugals for burgers! I responded with, «I’ll gladly pay you Tuesday for a hamburger today.» I love a good burger and was excited about getting one there… until I went to Unilocal.Looking at the pics, I’m thinking, «four stars? Really?»
We pulled into the lot of a Gent’s club and I see the silver trailer. I had no words. I expected the worst and was certain that all the reviews were written by friends and family. I ordered the ½ pound basic combo and tried the french fries. I had better but when I bit into the burger, I was taken back to my youth. THIS WAS THE ELUSIVE TASTE, FLAVOR AND TEXTURE OF the A&W Teen Burger of the Dick’s burger that I loved so much growing up in the area. Apologies for the CAPS but you know when you move far away, I live in Vegas, and you’re looking for that replacement for the food you love. That pizza, fish & chips, and the burger are my top three favorite foods. I’ve found great fish and chips, I’m pretty close with the pizza but the Frugal’s burger is spot on. Only issue is I live 1265 miles away. A least I have a new place in South T Town to get my burger fix.

The prices are good. I might come back to try other burgers. The buns are low quality, but that’s what I expected from a cheap burger place.
The burger and fries taste just like McDonald’s. I would come here over McDonald’s any time, especially if I want to eat for cheap.
I had their hamburger combo, so I might have to be more adventurous next time. The staff were nice and friendly too which was great. I like seeing everyone smiling and enjoying their work.

Awesome burgers, fresh fries, AMAZEBALLS vanilla shake. Speedy and polite service too! Great place!

I would have to give a 2 star, simply for the fact that my burger was pretty dry and the fries were pretty cold also. I understand it’s fast food, but make you food worth coming back to,
If you go I would CERTAINLY recommend checking your food before pulling off or just not go at all.
Tip for frugal workers:
* Maybe make your food more fresh and not sell food that has been sitting there
* Maybe also throw your fries out when they’ve just been sitting there because trust me you can tell when they’ve been well over due to be thrown away.

Went for the first time. My coworker had been there before. We placed two orders. There was one car on front of us. We got to tell window and my order was ready quick. The second order we waited a while for. I’m guessing around 4 – 5 minutes. It was definitely long enough that I was thinking it was weird.
As for the food. I had the #3. Good burger, fries were nothing impressive, not bad just nothing great to write about. Would I go back, ya, and try something else. I hear thier shakes are good so maybe try a shaken with a different burger. Let you know.

Use to be my favorite burger place, they use to have the best bacon burgers with great bacon. They also use to be super fast. There could be 10 cars in the drive through and I would still get in line. Now if there are 3 cars in the drive through I don’t bother. I’m sure part of it is management. There use to be a super friendly high energy manager there and they were fast. I shouldn’t be eating there anyways so guess now I have my excuse

Despite having one of the drive thru windows closed, the line moved quickly and we were at the window almost as soon as we ordered. The speaker quality of the ordering box is terrible, we had to shout our order to be heard.
The razzleberry shakes made sure I’m visiting again, thick and creamy and perfect flavor. Shoestring fries were a little under done for my taste, but perfect for my boyfriend so I will gladly give him all of my too soft ones.
Despite the quick service it was strange to see one employee working the window and register while about 6 others milled about inside, resting against counters and chatting.
Love the fry sauce!

The burger was great quality, just as good as five guy’s, if not better
The French fries with the fry sauce were AMAZING. The only time I’ve ever eaten the entire bag of fries, anywhere.
The coke was better than McDonald’s (super sugary, sweet, and carbonated), WAY better than that mess they use at five guys with the make-​your-​own-​drink dispenser, which makes every soda taste like garbage because it tastes just like the last.
The milkshake was the best I’ve had since I’ve lived in Washington
The customer service, price and speed of service was fantastic! Plus, they gave my dog treats! I’ll definitely be returning soon!

I have been going here since I was a kid I love the menu and how the drive thru is silver. I hate the area though and then I saw this which made me unhappy watching people smoke pot as they were preparing food. I have nothing against pot it just didn’t look professional. I will be going back though they are that good.

Good burgers.

They use JR. Simplot ground beef from Idaho.
Better than McDonald’s any day.

Saw the Monster Burger they were advertising, thinking it was the same thing you get at the Puyallup Fair, a way over sized burger– but in reality, all it is is 4 patties with nothing in between then so its very dry and tasteless, needless to say, very disappointed in this burger, and I certainly WOULD NOT recommend this burger!
Also left out a con, they do have two drive throughs — but the one on the left is VERY Weird, you order from your divers winder, but when you pull up to get the food its on the passenger side, so you will need to put your car in park to reach over the passenger seat (if you dont have any passengers) and hand your payment that way and receive the food that way. I avoid that one, and a=go to the right– I think most people also do that as that drive through line is always much longer lol.
I will probably be back, but I WILL NOT order the Monster Burger!

Everybody loves Frugals. It’s crazy — as I’ve moved from place to place in my life, I’ve met so many people from different areas that have tried an enjoyed a Frugals burger! I grew up about 10 min away, so it surprises me.
The prices are cheap and the food is great.
Customer service — A+.
Even with a long, varied order (like my family’s), they always get it right.
Maybe they’re so popular because they’re right off the 512 highway. I think it’s because consistency is key and they have it down!
