Good Gluten Free options. I recommend the Sweet & Sour Chicken + Mango Sweet rice! Delivery is outrageously expensive, so I suggest picking it up or eating there.

I hadn’t eaten Mama Fu’s since 2011, and I had it last month. I always get the chicken honey glaze gf with broc. instead of carrots. Oh and extra spicy. The food is great because they use white meat and it is wok grilled. As a person who has to be GF, this place is life savor for chinese food. The customer service at every location I have been too(New Braunfels & Brodie ln.) have been great. They refill my water/tea without a problem and always around when i need them. They are kind of pricey if you want to go cheap on price. But, gf chicken honey glaze plus tea and tip normally puts me back about $ 14.00 bucks. But you probably get 4 oz of protein with the regular portions, and can make any dish healthy.

We have tried this place 3 times for delivery and it just gets worse. The lo mein was so overcooked it was soggy, the beef was dry and the mango sticky rice tasted like it was sitting in a fridge for too long. The menu sounded enticingly different, but unfortunately it is far from what is advertised. If you are looking for takeout Asian food I would not recommend this place.

We’ve had consistent takeout from this location for a few years now. Recommend.

Ordered online and waited a entire hour before having to call the restaurant to have no one help me. The manager didn’t care at all that they wasted our time and didn’t even offer us a refund. I never leave bad reviews, but I felt this was a must. I would never try to order from here again.

The restaurant looked nice and the service was friendly but I’m mostly here to warn you: if you’re looking for Phở, this is not the place! They will charge you more for not only smaller portions, but very poor quality phở than any other place I’ve ever had it. The steak is not even cut into traditional rare slices, rather it is served in chunks like for a stew. For phở in this area, go around the corner to Phở Thaison, they will give you double the portion, high quality, delicious traditional phở and charge you less for it!

We’ve chosen Mama Fu’s in the past largely because it was a place the whole family could agree on(and they deliver). Now that corporate has obviously changed the dragon tails from fresh-made to the same salty, overly breaded frozen ones that every low-end establishment has… my daughter doesn’t like them anymore, and as a mom, I’m unhappy with the poor quality. Such a let-down for dinner tonight. Unless they go back to their original recipe, we’ve really got no compelling reason to return as customers.

Love this a Mama Fu’s! The best Asian Fusion food I have ever eaten. The have an easy menu to follow but go during lunch as you get a great deal with an egg roll or soup an entrée and beverage for less than $ 10. Order and be seated and they will bring you your food. You can ask for a smaller portion since it was lunch time. The egg roll was crispy and delicious. It was served with veggies and sweet spicy sauce. The presentation was pretty and the veggies were carrot strips and cabbage I believe. But all fresh and edible. You can tell they take pride in the way they serve food. I ordered the Pad Thai with Chicken. You can choose your choice of meat but I wanted to compare it to Pei Wei so I chose the chicken. I loved the flavor and freshness of the dish. Not too spicy and the tofu was very tasty. I rate their Pad Thai better than Pei Wei’s, sorry! Loved Mama Fu’s! I just wish they had a location in Dallas.

If Japan knew about this there might be another Pearl Harbor in retaliation. Shame on you Mama Fu! Teriyaki tastes like corn syrup(fyi– there is nothing even close to corn syrup in teriyaki). If fact, I’m thinking there might not even be any soy sauce at all. Second time I have tried Fu’s so now I know its not a fluke. Only reason it’s not one star is because it is a clean place with friendly staff.

Not a fan. Wish I could get my $ 10 back from that meal!!! Came in for lunch and was happy to see a gluten free menu. Unfortunately the meal I chose lacked any wow factor at all(or any yum feeling)!! I ordered the Thai cashew rice bowl gluten free with fried rice. I could have made this at home for cheaper and had it taste better. No flavor, the veggies were still hard, and the fried rice was a waste of $ 1 up charge. I wish I went next door to chipotle or the the fire bowl place across the street. Probably won’t return. The two stars are for the effort of having a gluten free menu and the cleanliness of the establishment.

I was so stoked to find that Mama Fu’s has a VEGAN menu!!! It’s so hard to find great veggie friendly asian food in this city. Everything was super fresh and flavorful. They boast that they never use MSG and are willing and able to accommodate many types of dietary needs. We were lucky enough to arrive at the start of happy hour, so our appetizers were half price. The highlight was the Fire Seoul(or something like that). It was spicy stir fry loaded with fresh vegetables, and topped with cucumber and kimchi. Already looking forward to my next visit to Mama Fu’s. Thanks for thinking about the herbivores!

I normally don’t post except for exceptionally horrific, and unprecedented experiences but this was horrible. Walked in and there was already a family waiting for what I imagine was forever for a take out order. No one greeted me and then a waitress pointed me to sit at a table. Sat there unattended for 6 minutes. No drink order. Nothing. Horrible

After waiting for about 10 min in the foyer to be seated and for someone to appear, we were met by a hostess that offered is another 15 to 20 min wait. I looked over her shoulder to see a half empty dining room. I said, «really? There is a table right there». She said that if we liked it we could sit there. Well it didn’t get much better from there. We ended up leaving after waiting for a glass of water almost 10 min. Not worth it.

We eat here fairly often, probably 2 times a month, because they deliver to our house, we get sick of the other delivery options, which usually consist of pizza, and… pizza…, and it typically isn’t that bad. Well, went to order tonight and they arbitrarily decided to change their delivery area, and we’re now about 100ft out of the delivery zone on the map and the robot human answering the phone was obviously told there are no exceptions even if they used to deliver to the address and even if you could throw an egg roll to our house from the boundary. You just completely lost a repeat customer because of some policy that no doubt was decided without any human input or logic in the decision at all. Simply out of principle, there’s no way we’re eating here again even if we’re in Sunset valley. There’s plenty of other restaurants that would love a customer who eats there more than 20 times a year.

Food is ok. Had the Mongolian steak it was eh. Expected it to be just a fast food type of place but they have table service. Not sure if I’ll come back but if I do I’ll try something else to see if it’s better. Service was fast though.

We ordered food to pick up. We got home and the food was absolutely awful. The eggrolls were soggie, the rice was sticky everything was horrible. we called they would not give us a refund’ replace our food or anything. The manager was rude and unprofessional. I would never offer from there again.

The one star is only for the nice delivery girl. The food itself is terrible. I got the orange peel chicken and the tom kha soup. The orange peel chicken is nothing like you expect orange chicken to be. It was bland and mushy. Not sweet or spicy or crispy at all. The Tom Kha soup was even worse. Nowhere in the world would they call that Tom Kha soup. It wasn’t sour or sweet or creamy. And why it was so oily I’ll never understand. It tasted like a big bowl of bland grease. Gross.

I had been curious about this Asian spot as it is close to my job and I had a friend mention to me that she often gets take out from there. Then the other day I read a review for the location up North and knew I wanted to try the one down my me. What I did like was that the atmosphere and ambiance of the restaurant was very zen and chill. When I was sitting at my table by myself I noticed another couple sitting at a booth and they were playing a game of cards. It was cool to see the relaxed feel of the place. I ordered the chicken pad Thai and decided to do the additional $ 1.99 add on and get some pot stickers on the side. For the $ 1.99 you can get a choice of side salad, soup, crab wantons, pot stickers or maybe something else. First my pot stickers came to the table. My first thought was there were only 2 on the plate, then i realized it was just me and I did not order an appetizer as this was just the $ 1.99 add on. Then I thought about how much should each pot sticker cost … are each one worth $ 1 … I was a little undecided about this, but this was what went through my head. Next I noticed the folding job on the pot stickers because this is a thing for me. I hate when I go somewhere and you can tell they were folded in a hurry. These were folded very nicely and definitely had some technique going on. Then my chicken pad Thai was delivered to my table and it looked very pretty. As I tasted it I thought it was good. The more I ate it it was just OK really. It was definitely not the worst, but also not the best Pad Thai I have ever had. I think at some point I will definitely give Mama Fu’s another shot and try something that isn’t Thai. I have a feeling the rice dishes might be where it’s at. My friend raved about the Tom Gai soup here too.

We tried the Tulsa location and loved Lettuce Wrap Chicken, Korean Street Tacos and Chicken Green Curry. Ordered Delivery with daughter from Sunset Valley… still love the mix of favors. She is being weaned slowly from Bamboo Bistro.
