Order: Ice white chocolate mocha with soy milk and added shot. I love that they don’t charge for using soy milk instead of regular milk. The oatmeal taste delicious! They don’t put too much water in it. Plus there is brown sugar, nuts, and berries all in a separate bag so you can put as much as you want. Flavor is good and not overwhelming.

I wanted a dark strong coffee, but I couldn’t stand the temptation of caramel and milk foam. Who knew that their caramel latte espresso can be both bitter, sweet and well-layered?

Recently I visited here for a cup of coffee & snacks. The staff here is very courteous & friendly. The guy who served me had delayed the billing due to unavoidable interruption & due to less staffing which could be due to holidays. When he came back he gave 30% discount on my bill including a prompt apology for the delay. I appreciate the business for their courtesy & valuing their customers

I always liked Peet’s coffee and this bad review is for this specific location. Bad barista, I asked for medium Cappuccino instead he made small Cappuccino. Later he realized its medium so he poured the same to medium size cup and poured more milk to it. Coffee tasted awful.

So I have loved going to this location numerous times for great coffee. But the new management seems to have no respect for its customers and are allowed to treat customers as they wish. After having enough trouble from this lady I contact the district manager who seemed not to care as the manager had already filled her in on the situation from her point of view. So with no help I try contacting corporate. I tell them what happened and by the end of the day I get a call saying my business is no longer needed from Peet’s. WOW I just got booted from my favorite coffee shop after being treated like crap. Moral of the story its 2015 and transgender customers are being turned away because of voicing my concerns after being a loyal customer over 2 years. I’m sad hurt and disappointed that Peet’s coffee feels this way. But just know discrimination gets you no where!!! To all customers who want to be treated with respect make folgers at home. Less $$ and no rude managers to pay to be treated with disrespect.

Extra dark roasts are my favorites kind of coffee beans. I’ll take a French or Italian Roast any day over a whoosy medium roast which I know has more caffeine. Today’s brew is dark roast from Costa Rica… oh la la… delicious and completely hitting the spot, Yum. I knew I loved a sexy Latin for a reason. ;D. Love you sweet life of mine.(wink)

Great coffee and great service. Terrible is the wifi. It works one minute and not the next. Who do they use? Don’t they know about it? Obviously not. No wonder I have heard that their wifi has been terrible and lots of people have complained about it.

Across from the corner of the Big 5 Sporting Goods store is the somewhat hidden Peet’s. I paid for my Caramel Javiva with Soy Milk – an extra $ 0.60 for the soy milk. I went to the restroom while it was being made, or so I thought. I returned and the person wearing the funky(sherpa?) hat was not making my drink. In fact, he didn’t seem to be doing anything but gawking at the training session for six or so employees. He started working on my drink not too long afterward, apparently when he was bored of doing nothing. When he finished, he handed it to me and explained that it was a little low because of the soy milk. I’ve never had this happen in the past, and he apologized, but I’d think that he just wasn’t paying attention to his work. I was already working on a migraine headache, so I didn’t say anything really. Making a scene wouldn’t have worked anyway. He’d probably just blow it off and tell stories about how rude I was.

This used to be my go-to Peet’s location, but… times have changed. There’s now too many restaurants at this location, so even getting a coffee near lunchtime requires parking at the Total Women’s gym spaces all the way across the lot. So, minus 1 star for loss of convenience. The latter part of the morning(~ after 9 a.m.) is still ok from what I recall. On the upside, the walking is still better than standing around waiting at Specialty’s, where seemingly nothing is getting done even when 3 – 4 people are standing near the vicinity of registers and coffee machines. But… I digress.

It’s a cute coffee house — and the coffee is good. They have plenty indoor and outdoor seating, and plenty of parking. Prices are good, people are nice, but the single line gets very long in the morning.

Back in that thang! Today was coo. I see new faces & customer service is great as always. Tried a new Javiva too! Caramel & Chocolate swirl. That drink is off the hook!

I like Peet’s as a rule, and the coffee and service at this location are good. The reason for the three stars is that I go around 7 in the morning, and it always feels oddly hectic. There are staff members working, but it’s not really clear what they’re doing because people are always waiting to be helped. It feels like they just opened, whoever had the keys got there late, and they’re behind on everything. Basically, they’re not busy enough to justify how long people are waiting for coffee. Otherwise it’s fine.

If you need to study outside of your house because Game of Thrones is distracting you(and the library is closed), I suggest this place. I also recommend it if you don’t like the crowded atmosphere of the Starbucks next block. This store has a long table facing El Camino, next to the glass wall. Perfect for when you want to zone out during those mental breaks, because your GRE reviewer is overwhelming — no one will judge. And oh! that is, if you don’t mind a dirty restroom.

I got a generic pumpkin spice latte and the cashier was nice. I got my latte within a few minutes and found a nice table near a wall outlet. It was a good latte, I didn’t have to add anything like I do at Starbucks. I’ve noticed the wifi is terribly slow, and goes in and out. Steaming for me was not possible on my macbook pro. I had to use my phones hotspot.. Minus a star for that. This place is secluded enough so its not too packed. On a Sunday night at 8pm. The Starbucks in the trader joes parking lot was full.

Five stars for an extremely nice service! There’s not much difference between this place and any other Pits’ but the employee behind the counter was the nicest, most and helpful guy i ever met. they have a comfy outside sitting away from the nois of the road and i think it is abou tto become one of my prefared places for a cup of coffee.

The customer service here is the worst! I came in said hello/how’re you with no response and proceeded to ask for an ice tea, the girl behind the counter gave me the dirtiest look and told me they didn’t have any. And she looked at me blankly, then I asked if they had their other coolers. She took a second to look over somewhere and was like yeah(not specifying which one… or anything). I was like okay may i have the pomegranate tea cooler, without saying anything she brought it over. I payed and then she said with the fakest smile have a nice day. I don’t understand why even bother pretending to be nice? I would rather you say nothing than pretend to be nice to me… I worked at Starbucks in high school, I completely understand how crappy it is to work for a chain getting paid minimum wage. You’re constantly being forced to provide«customer service.» I’m against forcing people to be polite, it always ends up being fake, but at the very least have the courtesy not to be rude to me.

I will never come here again! Poor Customer Service! Not Pet Friendly!!! I came here on a hot summer day. I didn’t want to leave my dog in the car due to the excessive heat. I put my dog in her carrying case and left her right next to the door, away from any food products. Once I got to the register, a blond hair manager yelled we can’t serve you and get out of here! I was like WTF! My dog is no where near your food. I would understand if it was sniffing around, but to make a scene when my dog was inside her carrying case. I asked, what if I go outside can you let me know when my drink is ready? She relented, but never came out to let me know that my drink was ready. This was the worst experience I ever had, and I do not recommend anyone coming back to this Pete’s. I’ve never had a problem with my dog at any other Pete’s. She went off on a 10 lb pug. Who yells at their customers in front of other customers? A few other customers said that they couldn’t believe what they saw. Visit Starbucks or Philz, not here.

This place makes THEWORST Freddos ever! I’ve been here twice already and each time it gets worse! The first time I came here, I got a mocha freddo with raspberry syrup and whipped cream. My drink was blended but it was a bit on the runny side. The whipped cream she put on it must of been old and warm because it looked like it came out of a slurpee machine(had no star edge form to it). Taste wise? it was okay. It could of been made better though. The second time I came here was today in the morning before work. I hoped that the previous visit was just a one time thing. Boy was I wrong! The drink this time was even worse! The consistency of my drink was now just plain watery! I shook the cup and it started sloshing around! I didn’t even get whipped cream too even though I specifically asked«with whipped cream». The taste of the drink this time was just plain booty. I took 2 sips and then I was literally done. I didn’t even bother asking to get whipped cream or to get my drink redone again because I was in a rush to work. If the baristas that made my drinks were new, I really think they should tested on how to make drinks! Or at least have a manager on the floor checking things. You can’t hand out bad drinks to customers and expect them to be happy. I was a barista for a year and half and got trained several times till I perfected my drinks. 2 stars for friendly service though.
