We have ordered from Bella Napoli twice. We live right across the Street in Emerson Mills. Both times the food was good, hot, and ready for us when we went in to pick up. We have never tried eating inside the restaurant. The pizza is by far better then the closest pizza to us on Main St. Overall they are a little pricier compared to all the other local restaurants on Main St but a overall good addition to Main St and our take out options.

After hearing about this place from my sister my fiancé and I attempted to go two different times at which both were closed! We finally managed to get there on a weekday for dinner. We stood in the doorway for over ten minutes. We were finally greeted and seated at a tiny table by the front door. Thirsty we wanted beer but the selection was limited. After 15 minutes we still had no water, no waitress and were ready to leave. Finally after 26 minutes a server came to our rescue. She was friendly and apologetic and had one arm. I felt I shouldn’t complain. We ordered a pizza. 45 minutes passed. No pizza, no drinks, no more service. I was so pissed I left a $ 6 tip and we went home. HUNGRY& upset. Pembroke is a ghost town and if you have a business on Main st take care of your customers! This place SUCKS

LOVELOVELOVE this place. Their stuffed mushrooms are to die for and you can’t find pizza as good(fresh and authentic Italian) as theirs in the area. My only recommendation for them would be to keep some American cheese on hand for the super picky kids that only like American cheese(3 out of my 4 kids). We can’t wait to go back!

The pizza here is great, very tasty. The atmosphere was really nice and comfortable and I’m looking forward to going back for more.

We recently tried it The atmosphere was great and so was the food, we’ve even gotten take out and it was just as good! It’s now on our favorite list and I will be getting gift certificates for Christmas gifts to spread the word. Oh and I got the white pizza with spinach. Oh my god! Sooo good

Just had the most bizarre experience in any restaurant I have visited in more than 50 years. I sat down and noticed there was only one other table occupied. The waitress came over and asked what I wanted to drink and shortly thereafter she brought water. She then asked what I wanted to order and I said Chicken Parmesan. She said something under her breath and gave me a weird look so I asked if that was OK to order. She looked at me and said, «you can order anything you want.» I asked if a salad came with the meal and she said the dish was al a carte. I then also ordered a Ceasar Salad. She left and a minute later came back with some bread. Forty minutes later, after almost all of the other tables had been filled and many had been served, I motioned for the waitress and she came over and asked, «would you like to place an order?» I told her that I had already ordered and she said, «No you didn’t.» I then asked her«How did I get the bread if I didn’t already order?» She looked at me and said, «I’ve been here for 6 hours and you have not been here.» I was hoping that one of the two men behind the counter would come over and apologize but they just stood there and did nothing. I got up and left. Bizarre is the only word to describe the most negative restaurant experience of my life. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Just ate here for the first time. I had the veal parmigiana and it was very good. Sauce is everything for this dish and the sauce was perfect. Some places use a heavy meat sauce but it should be a lighter red sauce. The portion was huge and enough for two so I was very happy. Service was good and the waitress was super nice with a terrific smile and personality. I’ll have to try their New York style pizza next time…

I’m giving two stars instead of one because I haven’t tasted their food, this is based on customer service, ONLY. This literally just happened. I called asking to place an order for pick up. I was going to have my fiancé pick it up for me on his way home but he didn’t have his wallet on him, so I wanted to give them a credit card number. I figured this would not be an issue since every dine-in/take-out restaurant in America takes credit cards over the phone(usually it’s for delivery, but money is money… come on now). First of all, the lady on the other end of the phone sounded like she was being held at gun point, forced to answer the phone and sound happy. She sounded like an older lady and was totally uninterested. Hire someone else. Next, when I asked if I could put it on a credit card, she said«no.» We do live in America, right? This is a take-out restaurant? She then double checked(which was nice, I guess) and returned to reiterate she couldn’t do it. I then said, «okay, unfortunately I won’t be able to order, then…» and I went to explain why and she HUNGUPONME. Not exactly the customer service I’d expect from a new restaurant that opened on a doomed street. With the exception of Jacques, nothing on that street survives very long. If they keep up this customer service, they’ll be closed within a year. It’s a shame because their menu looks good but from a customer service standpoint, I think they need to reevaluate their staff. I won’t be trying this place again.

I have family that lives in Pembroke so I’ve been ordering take out in the area for many years. There has been a few places that have gone in and out of business over the years. We have been waiting for a great place to open and I can say it finally has! We ordered from Bella Napoli Pizzeria & Trattoria for the first time Saturday night. You can take away the food or eat in. The restaurant is in the downtown of Pembroke. Inside there are about 10 tables which were full when I picked up my take away. The Resteraunt was very clean and had a slight Italian feel to it. The staff was very friendly and I had my take away shortly after arriving. We ordered a large pie an order of eggplant rollatini and a meatball sub. The pizza was thin crust Italian style with plenty of cheese and sauce. The sauce was a savory sauce and had great flavor. The Eggplant rollatini was thinly sliced breaded, fried rolled with ricotta and topped with marinara . I do not eat meat myself but my partner said the meatball sub was awesome! The meatballs were the largest I’ve seen in a sub. The bread was fresh and the sub was topped with provolone. All of the food was excellent, very tasty and well prepared! Pembroke is lucky for this well needed addition! If your in the area I highly recommend stopping in! Happy eating!

Very nice place. My wife had eggplant parmesan and my son and I shared a pizza. The sauce was great on both as well as being great meals and portions. The salads are huge! The only reason I knock it a star is that there is no kids menu. I would like to have tried another entrée and not had to buy my 6 year old a full item. Maybe a ‘personal’ pizza or some small pasta serving? Still, GREAT place. Enjoy.

Bella Napoli Pizzeria opened recently in Suncook Village, inside the former space of Clemenza’s and Weir Roasting. The place was renovated into a casual Italian restaurant and pizzeria with a full service dining area with hardwood floors and table seating(for up to 30 diners) and takeout counter in the back. They serve up Italian style pizzas(most $ 8.99-$ 15.99), calzones(with ricotta & fillings/$ 9.99), Italian wedding soup($ 3.99-$ 5.49), salads($ 3.99-$ 9.99), appetizers such as eggplant rollatine, fried calamari, bruschetta, stuffed mushrooms, & more(most $ 5.99-$ 8.99), hot Italian subs(most $ 7.99/Italian steak tip $ 11.99), pasta/Italian entrees such as spaghetti & meatballs, parmigianas, lasagna, fettuccine alfredo, penne ala vodka & more($ 7.99-$ 14.99/add salad for $ 2.50-$ 2.99), desserts such as cannoli, tiramisu, toasted almond cake($ 2.99-$ 3.99), bottled drinks, beer, and wine. Blackboard specials offered here. I stopped in here recently to pick up a pizza for dinner. The place is very new and the owners from NY are friendly. I was also given a sample of their homemade soft garlic bread, which was excellent! Another customer commented that the bread had a similar flavor to Romano’s Macaroni Grill’s bread, which is a garlic loaf you break up with your hands(no knives). I ordered the 12″ Bella Napoli($ 10.99 plus tax), which was hot and ready in about 15 minutes after ordering. The pizza was excellent and tasty, which was topped with zesty tomato sauce, Italian sausage slices, ricotta cheese, and mozzarella cheese. The crust was crisp on the outside(baked with flour on the bottom) with thicker rolled edges and soft and slightly chewy on the inside. I will be sure to return here for a nice sitdown dinner. Bella Napoli is definitely what the Pembroke & Allenstown area needed, a solid good pizza place serving authentic Italian cuisine and pizzas at good prices. CLOSED on Mondays
