We have used them a few times for our under warranty washer/dryer combo in Emerson Mills. They have always been respectful, on time, and have fixed the issue in a prompt time frame even with ordering parts. Feel comfortable with them in my home without my boyfriend home — great business :)

To start I never ever leave bad reviews, but I must in this case. I would give zero stars if I could. The worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I set am appointment through lowes for my machine purchased there. When called by them and told I need a proof of purchase(even though lowes set the appointment for me) I explained to Doug I didn’t have it, he told me «find someone willing to work for free». He told me he was canceling my appointment. I then called lowes who promptly sent me a new copy of my receipt and reset the appointment. I waited all morning for the repairman to come, I called and asked, Doug called me back and left a very very rude voicemail(let me know I will play it for you) telling me that since I didn’t have a receipt he declined my appointment. I called corporate and asked them to have Doug call me back. No call. I called back to let him know that on Monday lowes had the receipt and that’s why they reset the appointment. He then tells me I need to start over and they can come in two weeks, I ask him why his customer service skills are so bad and he hangs up on me. I call back to talk to Larry«the owner» and he immediately starts screaming at me and telling me he is calling the police on me. I am 16 years in customer service and this is the worst I have ever seen. I expect there are others out there to deal with these guys in this way. If I can assist one customer to not deal with these guys, this time was well spent.

What an unprofessional, arrogant, condescending, bunch of scum. My microwave died so I called this place. HUGEMISTAKE!!! RUN, RUN, RUN!!! «D»(doo-doo the secretary) called me to confirm an appointment the day before telling me it might not be covered. I told Mr. «D» DONOTCANCEL cause I needed this issue dealt with. I dealt with Samsung myself and got everything worked out. I called Monster Appliance back ensuring I was scheduled the next day and had to pass up leaving with family for a family vacation. «D» confirmed I was scheduled for the following day. The following day I waited all day because of the confirmed appointment. Next day Monster appliance did not show up and when I called«D» he arrogantly told me I was rescheduled for Monday and if I did not like it to go somewhere else… exactly what I did. I tried to talk with owner. He had the same idiot call me to antagonize me more and refuse my job. The owner himself purposely had«D»(the idiot) call me back to agitate me even more… Unbelievable!!! Call around and you will see how inflated their prices are and rates are JUSTTOLOOKATTHEJOB. Look online, you may be better off fixing it yourself if it is not covered under warranty. Their service call fee is NOT covered. Many of these repairs are so easy to do yourself, literally only a few minutes of your time. There is nothing better than the satisfaction of saving money and the bragging rights of knowing you did it yourself, and it is at your convenience. There are many vendors that can ship to your home in two days and include a 1 year warranty with replacement! There are hundreds of videos and most of these things are easy and do it yourself jobs with step by step instructions! Take a couple minutes to research what I am saying, you wil truly be happy! :-) Thanks«D» and the rest of your inconsiderate, incompetent staff. We both could have avoided much aggrivation if you had just given me the courtesy of keeping the appointment that YOUCONFIRMED! Maybe I would not be so irate if the owner did give me that courtesy call… hmmmmm!!! Mr. Appliance is just a bunch of privately owned franchises. Calling headquarters is just a huge waste of time. I asked to speak directly with owner and he could not give me a single courtesy call back… he couldnt be bothered. Please consider my comments. Through advertising Mr. Appliance obviously gets to much business to value you and your time as a customer. Save yourself from wasting your time, money, and lots of aggravation. They will laugh at your complaints!
