I would never hire this company again. They re-​built and re plastered our pool. The pool now looks worse and older then it did before they started the job. I honestly think that our pool looked better when it was 20 years old, then it does now. Now that the job is done they ignore calls and never return them, even though we still have the warranty and every right to request the work to be re-​done.

EPIC FAIL. White Star came out 3 times to fix the leak in our pool. A month and 40,000 gallons later the pool still leaks. Had to call another company to fix it correctly.
White Star deserves no stars as far as I am concerned.

I just got my very old pool. (1970’s) re-​plastered. White Star did a beautiful job. Victor came out to meet me on short noticed and spent about an hour examining the pool, discussing the process, and what to expect. He made suggestions but I never felt pressured to do more then I could really afford.
The entire process took about 2.5 days and the results are amazing. The crew was super friendly and clean.
And a nice shout out to Martha at the office who is super sweet on the phone.
