Recently, I hired Assertive Security Services, for residental patrol, and watch. I had to leave town for a good 2 – 3 weeks to take care of my company in Las Vegas. After reading their reviews, and looking at their site, I decided to hire them. My neighborhood has been crazy lately, with burgularies, and car thefts. Being in touch with Maryam before my trip, she worked with me and provided an excellent plan, and guard who was in charge while I was out. I would recieve updates from Maryam daily, the guard was on top of everything and was in touch with me, to make sure my home was in good hands. Everything was so simple, and proffesnial! I couldn’t be any happier with Assertive. Now I know I have nothing to worry about, and have found my friends for my upcoming trips.

We were needing a security for my daughter’s 18^th birthday and Maryam made our transaction so easy. The venue we have rented needed some required documents from the security group and again Maryam responded so promptly, in a matter of minutes everything was done.
On the day of the event, their security guard came an hour early to learn the layout of the venue. By the time they came to me. They already know the details about the building and how they’re going to efficiently cover the venue. They were also constantly patrolling the parking. And made sure their presence is known to everyone. Our guests even commented how they’re presence made them feel safe.
They are awesome and on top of this, they address you with respect and professionalism. I will definitely hire this group again. And yes words are already out in our friends and family.

Assertive Security Services is the security provider for four of my properties in the San Fernando Valley — Panorama City, Sherman Oaks, West Hills and Northridge. Their employees and management team perform their jobs and responsibilities with professionalism and with the upmost in customer care. We had an incident when one of the guards didn’t show, so we immediately called their headquarters, and instead of sending a regular guard, they sent us a supervisor, who many thought was LAPD! He was awesome! That’s what I call customer service! Assertive Security has the ability to provide a «tailored security service» that best solves their clients needs and objectives.

I have had the good fortune, no, blessing of having met the good people at Assertive Security and have been so impressed so many times with the fact that they go above and beyond to make sure that I’m well taken care of. When I first contracted with them, they assured me that they would treat me like family, they have. We’ve been together for years. I no longer consider them a «vendor» I consider them friends who genuinely care about my business and go out of their way to make sure that I am well taken care of. Patrick offers customer service that is beyond exceptional. He is readily available, always responsive, and makes a point in placing his customers’ needs first. With Patrick, it’s not just about another sale, but he truly works with his customer, making the entire transaction very smooth, easy, and not at all like «business». Planning and coordinating my own DIY wedding with a tight budget, I have painfully learned that there is always one consistent dilemma: quality (customer service) over quantity (budget). It is extremely rare to find a vendor that offers top notch customer service for a very decent price, but Patrick was definitely by far, an exception. I can’t stress how positive he made this experience for me. I would highly recommend this company, and ask for Patrick!
Also, the day of services were spot on! The guards did their duties, came on time, and were professional and courteous throughout the entire day! They had laid-​back personalities and were not too intrusive with the guests, but blended into the wedding nicely.
