I bought several pairs of shoes from these nice folks only to have one pair fall apart after wearing it and they don’t want to hear NOTHING about an exchange or refund. Now, that’s not going to go well considering I’m a JOURNALIST.

come over to this mom/​pop family style boutique shoe store in the local shopping plaza. they got styles for all different purposes to make your girlfriend happy!!!
have designer brands as well as look-​alike but just as well good quality shoes, boots, uggs, slippers and heels.
the owner hires local people and shops local too, so the economic just goes round and round … we need this store to stay open
support the small business and keep America going!

I’ve only bought shoes here twice but both experiences were wonderful. Their customer service is great. Whoever helps me is always really nice and friendly. They always have a good selection of shoes. really cute too which doesn’t help picking out a shoe any easier, haha. The prices are great too! I’m definitely gonna start coming here more often.

Still my favorite shoe store for any kind of shoe I am looking for. I’ve seen shoe they carry in other stores (in the mall) and I’ve done a price comparison and every time Elim has them for the lowest price. Customer service is really great here. The girls always have smiles and good attitudes, even after asking for your 5th shoe to try on. I recently was on a search for flat motorcycle type black boots, plain and simple. After searching everywhere for my fantasy boots, I finally settled on a pair and got them here at Elim. Of course they were the first pair of boots I had tried on since my obsession with my motorcycle boots. Note to self– when in doubt, go back to Elim Shoes.
