Really disappointed with this place. I was super ecstatic to receive a skinpen service here, as one of my friends highly recommended LaDonna. After doing a lot of research, I went in for a free consultation and met with Taylor. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. She quoted my skincare service to be $ 120. I went ahead and made an appt for a few days later. The morning of my appt, I received a voice message from Taylor informing me that she had quoted me the wrong price. I can totally understand the mishap, but from $ 120, she said the actual price was $ 300. A more than 100% price jump? I called her back but she did not pick up therefore I left her a message that it was more than I wanted to spend so I will not be coming in for my service. I did not receive a call from her after. No call to apologize, no call to try to explain the mishap. Nothing. Now don’t get me wrong, I can totally understand quoting the wrong price. But more significantly, customer service is crucial in running a business. I have had skin treatments all around the world, and invest heavily in my skincare regimen. As a potential new customer, I expected more. A lot of other spas in Houston that not only will deliver the service but also care enough about customer service. My hunt will have to continue.
