I booked with Tamika and she was able to move some things around to get me in quickly which was awesome. She was so sweet and professional over the phone and in person and even remembered our phone call. Tamika sold me on this sona location before I even entered the salon. I feel terrible I don’t remember the nurses name who did my Botox but she was just as great. She made feel very comfortable and was easy to talk to. I spoke with several other employees and they were all awesome! I will definitely be back to this location!!!

I agree with the review by Pranee. It’s almost impossible to get a night or Saturday appointment. And don’t expect for them to call you to schedule an appointment bc it will not happened. The only time I have been able to schedule an appointment is when I showed up at office upset. My last appointment was on October 3rd, they said they will call me and I’m still waiting! Btw, I started doing laser hair removal 2 years ago, paid for 5 treatments and still haven’t finished treatment!

This company’s selling service is very lovely. However they have this idea where you have to purchase a package(no individual sessions available) and it must be paid in full BEFORE treatment. Okay not the best circumstances but they have the best lasers so give a little. So I dutifully paid my upfront cost and had my first appointment. It went great! The nurse was energetic life was good. BUT then the catcher, I can’t seem to have them to have time for their customers anymore.” Oh I’m sorry can we reschedule your six week appointment? We had a family emergency.” Okay no biggie. That three week(now 9) gets rescheduled and low and behold, «Oh I’m sorry we had someone quit we don’t have enough staff.» Say what??? This is a multi-branch location and you can’t have other branches help you out in a bind? On top of that you have not offered any discounts or refunds for the extreme hassle to your customers! I had three referrals set up and I called all of them and told them about my experience and now they are all backing out. They are smart and you should be too. Don’t give them money before they deliver on service. Because their delivery system is not their highest priority.

All these places are pretty crummy. I did the weight loss program and had 4 counselors. Maybe more I lost count. They also went through several nurses. Apparently going there as a customer is just as bad as working there. I gave up on the program and am on my own. Oh well!

I wish they would have told me when I paid the 1200 up front, how hard it is to get in for a late night appointment or a Saturday appointment. My initial consult was booked right away, but I work late hours and can not do daytime appointments. It would be more convenient if I could get all the appointments booked ahead of time instead of waiting for openings. Especially after paying so much up front and for nothing.
