Elements Massage

My Massage therapist Jeanett was AWESOME! I told her her hands were blessed by God! I told her of my neck and shoulder pain and she took over from there. It was amazing how she tended to all the right spots. she is the best massage therapists ever. This is my FIRST ever review on Unilocal and I took the time to do it so that says a lot!

I personally had a very bad experience. I asked for medium pressure and I got extremely firm pressure and even though I asked for less pressure I am in severe pain. My back is so sore now. Great.

I am one of the Massage Therapist that provides my helping and Healing Hands at Elements Massage in Sugar Land, Tx. I absolutely love working here! They love our clients as well as love their entire staff. This in turn makes me want to give my *ALL and, BEST* to heal our wonderful clients! We care about all of our clients. We just want to see you all Healed and, Happy!

Only because i had to give them a star did I. I will not be returning. If I do I will not get the same masseuse. She only asked me once how her pressure was which at the time she did the pressure was fine. The day after my massage There were dark discolorations on my upper thighs and over a scar on my neck, my husband said my shoulders were discolored too. I was very disappointed, As was my husband as it was a gift from him.

I love this place! From the second you walk in the door, to the greeting at the front desk, to the relaxing massage — it is such a peaceful place. I have had several therapists and have been impressed with them all. You can’t go wrong. The location is great. It is VERY clean and the staff is very helpful. One other thing I need to mention. I really appreciate that the staff is just as nice & accommodating over the phone as they are in person. You feel like you are their only client! And the cucumber water is a nice bonus :)

Today was my first time here and I must say this place was nothing short of great. I am definitely coming back. The location is quiet, relaxing and clean. Everyone made me feel welcomed and comfortable. Not to mention this place is very close to where I live. The receptionist was so sweet and very friendly. I got into my session on time and Autumn (my therapist) was amazing. Thank you guys so much yAll made my experience wonderful.

I felt so comfortable as soon as I walked in. They were very friendly and love the place. Massage was very good too and I am def going back!

Sydney was a great therapist who was very responsive to my issues (shoulder, lower back, hips that day) and had a good sense of pressure. I prefer deeper massages and she was easy to talk with (I was talkative that day and she clarified earlier that she was comfortable performing in silence if I preferred). The massage was more thorough than many places that always shy away from getting close to the spine and Sydney also had a few home exercises she recommended to help with the issues I discussed with her. The membership seems like a very fair deal for the area but I will have to sort out my routine more before I would be able to commit to one.

First time being here and I absolutely loved it, as soon as you walk in you feel relaxed already, their staff is awesome and kind, Sasha took care of me and she was perfect! The music they play is very relaxing and calm, definitely going back.

I have seen two different therapists and BOTH were outstanding. Next time, I will try Steve because the lady who got her massage from him was singing his praises. It’s clean, quiet, friendly, affordable and consistently good. Great deals, great staff, and very easy to get to (RIGHT by Costco) so I am reminded every time I make a Costco run that I need to schedule my massage. So much better than Envy (#FormerEnvyMember).

In a city where there are so many options as to where to go for a massage, I am quite impressed with this Elements Massage location in Sugar Land.
The locale is easily accessible, right off University Blvd, parking is plentiful and more importantly, the ambiance is what it should be. Tranquil, clean and warm.
What really draws me in, is the level of service and professionalism from the staff. From the front desk to the massage therapists, everyone is on their A game. During my first visit I asked for a therapist who specializes in deep tissue, and that’s surely what I got!
When I called to make another appointment, I guess they must’ve made a note of that from my first visit and asked if I would like to see the same therapist for another deep tissue. Me: Yes please, and thank you for asking!
All in all, if you’re looking for a place where everybody knows your name and always glad that you came (and a bar isn’t available) give this location a shot. They may not have booze like Cheers, but the cucumber water was quite tasty.

I have been a regular customer since my last review and have since tried another massage therapist — Sydney! She is awesome as well.
I have been really impressed with the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff here!
