One star is two stars too high. Just upgrade my phone and was offered a «free» MyFi Wireless Hot Spot. I say ‘free’ because all I had to do was be charged 49.99 and I would receive a $ 50 rebate from Verizon. To double check I made sure to ask some elementary questions, like, «Will my bill increase?,(Answer: «not a penny’) «Are there any hidden charges?(Answer, «not one’) «Is it absolutely free?(yes). And then the salesman said, «Don’t worry, you have 14 days to return it, if you don’t like it.» Came home to fill out my rebate form. looked at my bill to see that I was being charged a $ 20 monthly fee, a $ 19.99 Sim Card. I went back the next day to find out why I wasn’t told about these charges and the salesman(Ryan) said he didn’t tell me because my bill wasn’t going to change(a bold-faced lie) and that he had to charge for a Sim card, otherwise the MyFi wouldn’t work. I said I wanted to return it, and he said fine, but there would be a $ 35.00 restocking charge. To make a long story short, I had to call Verizon, who told me that this is not an authorized Verizon store but a retailer. The only sign on the store says Verizon, they answer the phone saying, «Verizon.» Anyway, I feel totally taken advantage of by this sham Verizon store. I can’t imagine them staying open very long, and if they still are please be forewarned

Avoid this Verizon at all costs! I bought a car mount for my boyfriend’s birthday from here because we rely heavily on our phones for navigation. He had just bought the Razr and a car mount designed for the Razr had not been released yet. I went into the store just to see if they had a universal car mount that may work on the Razr. They said they did, showed me one with the phone in it and I bought it. When he opened it we realized the one I had purchased(which was different than the one the Verizon employee showed me) was defective and would not go on the windshield because a piece had been welded on incorrectly. It took a few weeks for me to get the time to go back, but when I did they were very unwillingly to help me. The customer service rep argued with me about how it would work in a car, even when I specifically pointed out the piece that kept it from sticking onto the window. Then when I asked to get a refund, exchange or get store credit the customer service rep said no because the 14 day period had passed. Unbelievable! Do not go here!
