Julie is a jewel! She made me feel like such a princess on my wedding day. Working with her was like having a friend make you something specisl, it was a pleasure. She saw my vision and created it which is all a bride can ask for. No joke, pick this chick!

Julie was absolutely wonderful! I came to Julie after having searched heavily and unsuccessfully through hundreds of veils online and at bridal stores. The bridal store veils weren’t long enough and were overpriced, while the veils online, I just couldn’t get a proper «feel» for. I was very pleased to find out her studio wasn’t too far from where I live in Los Angeles. I knew right away after our first conversation, Julie, would be able to make the perfect veil for my wedding and a HUGE weight was lifted off my shoulders. Not only was she flexible with lace options, design elements, and scheduling, she also was able to make my dream veil for my budget. My first visit to her studio, Julie was prepared to show me various types of veil styles as I had really no idea what type I wanted… I just knew I wanted it to be LONG (Cathedral length). By our next appointment, she had sent me several lace swatches to choose from and we were drawing pictures to create the image of my veil from scratch! She took my measurements, and this was no easy task as my train was also cathedral length (about 100cm)…and I wanted the veil to mimic the triangular shape of the train but slightly longer. Everyone was stunned at the majestic quality of the veil coupled with my train, ceremonial accessories, and dress. I would 200% recommend Julie for any bride! Not only is she talented, punctual, and professional, but she is creative, adaptable, and extremely hospitable. Thanks again, Julie, for making my dream come true and contributing to the most special day of my life!

My wedding was this past weekend and all I can say is that Julie saved me! I picked up my Galia Lahav dress two weeks before my wedding. I was told from the shop that I purchased my dress from that in order for me to get a veil made in less than 2 weeks, (to match my dress) it would cost me almost $ 2000! Ha! Let’s just say I ran… quick.
So It took me a few days but I finally found Julie! At this point it was 2 days until my wedding and I didn’t even have time to meet with her in person. We discussed everything over phone/​text and she literally saved my wedding! Not only was Julie able to make me a veil in one day, it was the most BEAUTIFUL I had seen (and I am picky btw), super high quality, and exactly what we discussed! Not to mention it was EXTREMELY reasonably priced!!! She made me a gorgeous cathedral veil with lace trim and a blusher attached. This woman is AMAZING!!! Don’t look anywhere else. Julie made me two veils for me wedding. I sent her a photo of a veil I had tried on at Saks Fifth ave that had been discontinued and she managed to find the exact lace to match the veil and made it custom to fit the length and width of my train. She even came out to the shop where my dress was being made during a last minute emergency fitting to alter the veil with the dress. She was sweet and kind and accommodating and made the whole process really easy. Her prices are fair, she works really fast and is incredibly flexible. Love love love her. Julie basically saved my wedding. I found her 3 day before I left town and she had everything I needed! I’m pretty picky when it comes to accessories but she had so many options that I had no trouble finding exactly what I needed. Not to mention she’s the sweetest person who is very patient and extremely helpful! Thanks for the beautiful headpiece and veil!

I found Julie on Unilocal and what a find! I went in looking for a veil and came out with the perfect veil plus a floral headband. I had no intention of buying a headpiece but once in her boutique, I became enamored with a large floral piece. Despite my bridesmaids’ protests that it was a little too big for the style of my dress, I didn’t listen and bought it anyway. Then, after trying it on with my dress and other accessories, I realized my mistake. Julie was amazingly helpful though and actually made me a completely NEW piece that was basically the same only with a smaller profile. Since the new piece wasn’t ready in time to try out during my bridal hair trial, she allowed me to use the piece I had (you can view it in the picture gallery). I love both so much. I wish I could have kept the bigger one too but, as most brides can relate with, the wedding bills were adding up… yeesh. I haven’t spoken much about the veil; it too turned out exactly as I had envisioned, simple, yet elegant and affordable! I’m so impressed with Julie, her amazing skill, and her customer satisfaction-​driven business. I will be back and so will my bridesmaids!

As I was shopping for veils across Los Angeles, I could not find anything that was exactly what I wanted. I decided to go the custom route and found Julie on Unilocal.I had already bought the tulle and lace I wanted to use, but needed just the right person to execute my vision. Julie was my girl! I wanted a traditional mantilla style veil but I wanted to wear it in a non-​traditional way (I wanted to style it kind of like a juliet cap meets boho scarf, fastened with a headpiece — which I had already purchased). Julie understood what I wanted and also helped me lengthen my headpiece by attaching loops (it was too tight with the tulle underneath) so it would fit perfectly. I went to pick the veil up a week before the wedding and saw that she had accidentally sewn a comb on the veil, which was not what we talked about. She immediately realized the mistake, apologized, agreed to remedy it asap, and then hand delivered the veil to my home so I would not have to make another trip to her studio. While the process was not perfect, the end result and her customer service were perfect. I highly recommend Julie for anyone’s custom veil or wedding accessory. She is talented and a class act.

This company really gets the job done. I was in a pinch and Julie went out of her way to save the day for my wedding. She designed and brought me a array of beautiful veils and hair ornaments that truly set off my hair and matched my gown perfectly. Thank you Julie for going the extra mile when no one was available.
