I really think that good customer service means meeting your potential new client at the agreed time, and if there is absolutely no avoiding being delayed, then calling the customer to let them know you are going to be late. Also, it’s probably a good policy to NOT act annoyed when the customer has other commitments and can’t wait due to your own tardiness. Just saying.

Nathan and Lauren never disappoint. They always do so much more than you anticipate. Their attention to detail is outstanding. They always have time to do one extra thing.
They have done my office with very dirty, old fashioned venetian blinds, very dirty windows and air vents. When they left it looked like a brand new place. They have come to my home to do windows, carpets and even my car! They are polite, well spoken and reasonable. i highly recommend that you use them for any kind of cleaning. You won’t be disappointed. I am very fussy so they are really good!

We had Nathan and his sister Lauren in today to clean our three bedroom carpets. Believe me, these carpets were a mess. Now they look great. Not only did they do the job they promised thoroughly, but Nathan took lots of time to explain routine carpet care to us as well as what not to do when we encounter stains. I highly recommend 1st Choice Cleaning Services.

Nathan Dobbins runs 1st Choice Cleaning based out of Stoughton, MA but he also has clients throughout MA and NH.
Nathan was recommended to us by a friend when I needed to have a thorough cleaning done. He did such a fantastic job, we have him back every 2 weeks for general cleaning maintenance and also a couple times a year for «spring cleaning» and the like.
His rates are very reasonable and his folks are always respectful and pleasant. I was very pleased that in addition to general cleaning, he did a fantastic job cleaning the stains out of our cream colored carpet!
I actually look forward to the days when Nathan is coming over!
