After seeing the 5 star review I called Tepper Leather and left a message with my contact info and asking for a return call to set an appointment for an estimate to repair some leather furniture. No return call. Left another message about two weeks later. Same lack of response. What can you say about a service business that won’t show prospective customers the courtesy of even a return phone call?

I found Tepper Leather Restorations one afternoon when their truck pulled up next to me at a light. Quickly grabbing their telephone number I made an appointment for the owner Andrew Tepper to come by to give me a quote to fix our 15 – 20 year old leather sectional sofa that was now faded, worn, and scratched. We thought it was ready for the dump but after Andrew explained how he could renew it all for a price that was so reasonable and honest that I worried that he might be crazy! On two afternoons he worked in our home and transformed this sofa into something that looks like it came off the showroom floor. The leather was reconditioned, all scratches and dry cracked sections completely gone, he restuffed the cushions and fixed part of the frame that had been broken over time. It is truly unbelievable!
