The Maids

After a year and a half in our home, I finally realized I needed help giving it the thorough deep clean I’d been meaning to since moving in. I received quotes from Merry Maids, a privately employed housekeeper, and The Maids. I went with The Maids because I liked the idea of the big team of four people working at once (I assume less burn-​out on my big house) and the fact they promised to do the floors by hand and really attack the nooks and crannies. I just came home and WOW. My home is perfect. I’ve never seen my stainless steal appliances streak free, there is no kitchen grease anywhere, every surface in the house sparkles, and Ovidio (the supervisor) even went the extra mile and swept our big garage!!! I could also tell that they dusted/​cleaned our leather couches and vacuumed the furniture with upholstery. Lastly, they have been extremely flexible and going forward are allowing me to customize my bi-​weekly cleanings so that I am not paying to clean rooms (or parts of rooms) that don’t need it regularly. Needless to say I’m THRILLED with this initial deep clean and without reservation I highly recommend «The Maids».

Excellent service all around with a very responsive staff from both sales and service. The first cleaning was very thorough and done professionally. They arrived when promised and did an excellent job! Highly recommend them for any home or commercial cleaning!

Absolutely horrible. Waste of time & money. Needed the house cleaned thoroughly for an open house to put the house on the market, they didn’t even clean the tub & shower!!! Let alone didn’t do anything that was asked for when the appointment was made or when asked in person. And the attitude was as bad as the cleaning!!! DON’T USE!!!
