Teriyaki Chicken Express

Kinda rude and they gave me what they wanted. I asked for garlic chicken with chomein and they gave me something else with just rice.

i will never eat here again i had a roach in my chicken bowl i was so pissed because i was feeding my baby when i saw it! when i took it back the lady acted shocked and said ooo really with a surprised look on her face!!! never will i return!!!

I will NEVER eat there again after a co worker found a baby roach in his egg roll sauce, he took it back to the lady at the counter and he said she acted like she was so SHOCKED.

We passed by about two weeks ago and my son noticed a picture of chow mein for $ 3.99. So I ended up taking the kids to try it out.
We picked out two orders of chow mein for $ 3.99 each, two eggrolls for $ 1.19, teriyaki chicken bowl for $ 4.99, yakitori for $ 3.29 and three small drinks at $ 1.19 each.

Pro Tip: despite the area of town the food is really good.
Major league tip: cash and credit.
The wait time wasn’t that long at all for us and customer service was good. It’s pretty spacious inside enough for maybe 20 plus people with lots of elbow room.
My teriyaki bowl, was a bit skimpy on the portions of the meat. But it was very good regardless. The chow mein was hooked up fat and the kids love chow mein and got the the thumbs up approval rating. The eggrolls weren’t bad at all and not bad on the price either. My children really did enjoy the yakitori, I was able to finish my daughters off and it was hella good. I should have bought another one just for me.
We definitely enjoyed our time here when we dined in. So yeah we’ll definitely be coming back soon.
Doing what Daddy’s do, spending time with our children. My kids are my life and everything else is a bonus.

Only competition is Lu’s, I prefer this place better, only prob is they are closed on sundays, and they close early on weekinights, uhgg, Egg rolls are bomb! fresh always.

The garlic chicken, Spicy chicken, and regular teriyaki are all very very good. They can be a little slow sometimes but its always worth the wait. Add an egg roll and you are in there.

Teriyaki bowls are the equivalent of burritos in the asian food world. It’s filled with all the favorites (meat, rice, veggies, sauce), quickly made, and most of all… CHEAP.
That being said, this is my favorite spot for a chicken bowl in town. I used to be a Liu’s Chicken bowl superfan, but after eating here on numerous occassions I’ve been convinced the chicken is tastier and they seem to be a bit more generous with it. I’ve had a few of the other varities of spicy chicken, garlic chicken, lemon chicken, etc… but those were just «ok».
The basic chicken bowl is still my hands down fave and worth a try if you’re on Wilson Way and want more than taco truck, fast food, or a fast woman.
