Lady at the window was rude. My card wouldn’t swipe there although I had just used it and though it was no fault of mine the woman at the window simply said your card won’t swipe. No sorry, no nothing. Then we wait forever for the people in front of us to get their food and when we finally make it to the second window we can’t get the staff’s attention as they are too busy talking and laughing. This place is only getting one star for their morning staff.

Simple order, 2 medium coffees. One black, one with cream. «Can we put our own sweetener in?» «No, but I can put the liquid sweetener in a cup on the side.» «Fine.» After too much time, the coffee comes: Two black. «Excuse me.» Repeated 3 times, each time getting louder. «What.»(This person looked like she might be the shift supervisor.) «Could I please get some cream and sweetner?» «Your order didn’t call for cream and sweetner.» She shows me the paper. «I asked for it at the time, and I’d really like to have some.» «But your order didn’t call for it.» «I get that, I’m sorry can we fix it?» She throws creamer on the counter. «Excuse me, the sweetner?» Now she’s angry and throws that as well. I give the coffee to my wife and look for a stir stick; none to be found. «Excuse me.» Repeated twice. «Can I get something to stir the coffee with?» The counter girl looks at ‘the boss’ who is again ignoring me and apologetically hands me a straw. I return it to my wife who dribbles a little cream on the table she is working on. I look for a napkin; there are none to be found. We’re done here.

The McDonald’s service here is terrible. They always forget something on our order. Today was a whole set Of chicken mcnuggets and dipping sauce. The food is chewy, but it’s close to home and good for a midnight snack when you’re desperate. Hence, the one star.

No stars!!! Our first time visit was sometime around 9am, the hubby ordered #6– sausage, egg and biscuit. He received it, but it was an over due sandwich. It looked like it had been sitting on their counter since 6am. Our most recent visit was today 11÷6÷2015. The lady at the window repeated our order: sausage biscuit and 3 hot cakes with sausage(this was with 2 Orange juice). What we received: sausage biscuit, 3 hot cakes and one Orange juice(she repeated the order which was right but it didn’t show up on the receipt). I don’t have time to argue with idiotic people especially going through drive thru. What is wrong with these workers? Pathetic and inconsistent. Always fuck up orders. Will not support this particular McDonald’s.

So, I was at this Mickey D’s a month ago, but my family recently was there in the drive threw and didn’t get their order right, so my 11 yr old nephew went inside to get the rest of the order, and when he walked in one of the workers said to him, we didn’t forget anything and were not replacing it, you have to pay for it, mind you my nephew didn’t say anything yet! So my nephew said ok I’ll pay for it, with his shocked face! So he goes back to the car upset and says he will never go there again! So my mom goes in and asks what happen and why were they rude to an 11yr old! So they ended up giving the rest of the food and extra. It amazes me how rude people are, and you an adult and you talk to a kid like that? If you hate your job then don’t choice customer service! So beware when you order from this lovely place. I’m sure everyone isn’t rude there but it’s not ok do to that to anyone especially a kid!

We came to this location because the other McDonald’s by my house is off hammer by wal mart and is the absolute worst place ever service food everything our food tonight was actually warm very fast and tasted very very good I’m so happy that I don’t have to go back to the one at wal mart!

Horrible service! I’m one of the few people who can say I’ve never had an issue with McDonald’s customer service. But last night was different, I asked for spicy buffalo sauce & the girl at the drive thru stuck her head out the window and said«ITSINTHEBAG»! As if I was asking from across the street. And I told her there wasn’t any, so she made a face gave me ONE sauce for 20 nuggets, charged me almost a dollar for it and yelled at her co worker saying, «why the hell did you tell me u put sauce in there if you didn’t». They are so rude and don’t want to work. If you don’t want to be there, then find a different job Hun! Simple.

All I ordered was a coffee. The nice cashier forgot to give me my change. The Manager Jenn wouldn’t open her till to get my change and told her to wait for the next cash customer. I had to wait for my change then the cashier needed ones. Jenn pretty much told her to figure it out. Really!?! Gimme my fricken money already. Finally Jenn got change for her. Waited almost 10 minutes for a coffee. Should’ve gone to Starbucks it would’ve saved me time and a bad experience just for a damn coffee. Jenn you need to brush up on your management/customer service skills

The cashier called me an idiot behind my back, I told her did you just call me an idiot? The cashier denies that she call me an idiot so I asked for my money back, she gives me my money back but ask she hands me my money she starts saying Man fk this! and all kinds of other words. Then as we drove off I see her from the window looking at me as she points the finger at us.

Always too expensive for a burger that needs to be chocked down and fry’s that are way too salty. To dine in, be prepared for noise levels that are way too loud(beeps, buzzers and lots of screaming. The restrooms at McDonald’s used to always be clean, however lately they could use a lot more attention to the restrooms. After all this is a resturant, if the restrooms are any indication of how the rest of the kitchen is cleaned I’d be careful. The service at this particular location is exceptionally bad. 10 people behind the counter looking at you at the counter, yet it takes 5 minutes for them to service you. I guess if you are a walk in customer they do not care. I see the drive through consistently get serviced while customers wait at the counter. Also beware of the parking lot. Lots of homeless people all hours of the day and night begging for money. Some are more agressive than others.

Must be a terrible place to work because they’re employees are consistently rood. Don’t ask them for item if they forget to put it into a bag no matter how small it is. On last visit they didn’t put a spoon into the bag, so we asked for a spoon, there reply«it should be in the bag but if you want I can give you another if you need it» and don’t ask for an extra BBQ sauce either, we did and was told«you know its .25 cents more«as she rolls her eyes, «I know that is why I’m telling you while I’m ordering my food» Costumers service at this restaurant doesn’t exists and because it from multiple employees it must come from poor management and training.

The line was pretty long but got cleared quick. Staff actually seemed to be alive as well. Still have the McNugget deals and dollar drinks which is great too. Havn’t been inside so I can’t judge that part of it.
