Saturday at 6:15 pm, Guy took my order and I drove up to pay. GAve him my debit card, he looks at the name on the debit card and starts laughing with another blonde girl and says my name out loud «Bryce B. Drue» and they both continue to laugh. Then as he hands me my coffee he has the nerve to ask me if that is my real last name.
pissed me off to the core, have never felt this ever going through a Starbucks or any other establishment in my life. Will call Starbucks right now.

This is probably one of my favorite Starbucks. It’s always nice and quiet and the baristas seem to really enjoy their job. You’re always greeted with a warm hello.
Only down side is that it is a bit dirty. It could definitely use a mopping and window cleaning. As one of the ladies working here said, «it looks like we’re trying to keep a bunch of small children locked in here».
This Starbucks does not have a large table. This is usually not a downside for me as I tend to come here to study by myself.

We were just passing through, and needed a pick-​me-​up. We had left Reno earlier in the day, and were heading for Monterey for vacation. Starbuck is always a good bet for us. As always, I got my signature iced-​chai-​tea-​latte, and Wifey got one of their new special drinks. It was good. We were soon back on the road, recharged, and ready for adventure! Thanks again, Starbucks!

So rude. All employees look like they do not want to be there. They do not greet. They looked at us, as we were standing by the register (ready to order) and took a while to finally serve us. I do not want to come here again.

I kind of like this place, they put their left over grounds by the door for your garden, my cold brew was strong and tasty. For a Starbucks is say it’s a rad little one that’s adapted to its area.

Knowledgeable, friendly staff here tonight. On our way back from Hot August Nights, stopped for a break. Ordered my usual drink, Ristretto Breve Cappuccino, and one for hubby as well. Nice young lady on register, Eevee I think, asked if I would like the second shot since they had to pull 2 for a tall. That doesn’t happen very often, and I don’t mind the extra caffeine (I figure for a Ristretto shot, take 2, they’re small, lol!), so I said yes! I asked for the drinks to be made dry, since so many of my cappuccinos lately have been made heavy like lattes. Our barista, Brandon, was a skilled barista, and even explained to me every step of the proper steaming of breve for microfoam. Our drinks were the proper weight with nice foam, and all on the first try! I love when I come across a Starbucks barista who has been properly trained and cares about the art of making a great cappuccino!

Hit and miss when it comes to the same drink missing on the consistency mark .
Today my drink was really good but it shouldn’t be a today kinda thing my order never changes. Staff is mostly friendly polite
I’d give 3 ½ stars but Unilocal doesn’t give that option I do like they are open late and in a convenient location

Like every Starbucks, it’s overpriced and the food tends to under-​deliver. Still, it’s a better place to stop at than the nearby McDonald’s or KFC. My biggest complaint is with the restrooms. There’s a single occupant restroom for each gender. It’s always got a line for both genders. This may not seem like a big deal to most but for those traveling with children who «have to go right now» it seems like a poorly thought out design. Seriously, for a tourist/​traveler stop area like this there should be a multi-​occupant restroom like any other restaurant.

Fast service but what’s the point when 9⁄10 visits they get the order screwed up. It’s now our entertainment to stop in to see just how wrong they can get our order. Super nice people work there. Go inside if you are picky. Do not use the drive thru unless you like a surprise.

I think this is the fastest and most solid crew in the entire Stockton area. I am the Duke here for now, I and can say they are pretty consistent with the quality and speed at which the drinks come out. I drive past 2 other Starbucks just to go to this location.

Gave Mr. Keurig a break this morning and decided to get coffee and jump on their wi-​fi at this Starbucks location. Pretty small but cozy.
Got an iced white mocha sans whip. and it was perfect.
Great service; great coffee; great location along Waterloo/​Hwy 88 off Hwy 99. When I lived in the bay, it was our coffee spot before heading to camp in the El Dorado National Forest.

This better-​than-​avergae Starbucks is a great stopping point from the Bay Area when en route to Kirkwood. I think its the last one for 100 miles on Hwy 88, although there may be one in Jackson. This location is efficient, has clean bathrooms, and great early and late hours. Plus a drive-​thru (although I have not used it). For these reasons, I am a frequent return customer.

This is purely based on personal experience: they put too much «cream» (aka milk, I saw them pour) in my iced coffee… even though there was a lot of caramel syrup and I could taste the vanilla syrup… the coffee taste a little bitter. Disappointing! Especially at 7 in the morning. The drive through option significantly slows down the normal traffic flow inside. And as the girl was typing in my order, I ordered a tall, but she put grande, then switched it to tall, then I said with syrup, and she was going to charge me 2x for syrup, when they usually just charge it once. ahhhhhhhhh!!!

Just stopped in on our way to Nevada to get our puppy, husband needed coffee… bad…:-)
We had already tried to Starbucks in Danville and they were packed, and he didn’t want to wait. So we pull in here around 10:20, no wait… Sweet! Happy faces, chatty pleasant baristas (wish I got his name super nice kid with blond highlights, we talked about our dogs!) what a pleasure…
Oh and my iced decaf nonfat vanilla latte… mmmmmmm :-) You guys ROCK… that’s what service is all about.
