Holly cow!!! Ok so I go through the drive thru and order the following! 2 sausage mc muffins with egg and cheese. 2 sausage mc muffins with EGG WHITES, and cheese! 4 sausage burritos! I pay get to the window to get my food to find out that they only rang me up for 2 Sausage egg and cheese (one regular, and one with egg whites) and 4 burritos. And then they tell me they can’t fix it at the pick up window! So I go inside! WHERE I WAIT FOR 15 min before anybody even takes my order! Then at that time they proceed to tell me they can’t make my sandwich with egg whites cause it’s past breakfast! SERIOUSLY YOU MESS UP MY ORDER AND REFUSE TO MAKE IT RIGHT! So I get the sandwiches as they normally come! 35 min later I get my food! Yes I waited there for 35 min to get 2 sausage egg and cheese mc muffins! This is not the first time this has happened to me! They mess up my order almost every time I go there! And if there was another mc Donald’s near me trust me I would change where I go! Mind you the people behind the counter are RUDE AS HELL, and trust me need to all be taught customer service!
AVOID THE MC DONALDS AT LOWER SACRAMENTO ROAD NORTH OF HAMMER IF YOU CAN!!! IT IS BY FAR THE WORSE PLACE EVER!

I really hate to give a one-​star review but dang. I sat in the drive through for 7 minutes; didn’t move. So I backed up and though «oh I’ll just go inside.» Got inside, no one was in front of me in line. Ordered. Got my food 13 minutes later. I understand the world wants everything NOW but this is fast food, right? It shouldn’t take that long to get a breakfast meal (which I’m assuming is essentially thrown together from a pan under the warmer…) ugh.

Sat at 11:53am want to this mcdonalds for lunch drive thru was full so decided to go in line has about 6 in front of me and 8 behind me by the time I ordered. Food took extremely long to get and at this time employees were clocking out and leaving with the lobby line and customer waiting for food and overall service was slow. And to top it off after 15 min for food was charged 50c more for sauce after spending $ 9.50 for meal! Place is a wreck would not reccomend!

I never get what I ordered, the employees that run the drive thru are RUDE!!! Order 20 nuggets and get 2 sauces! Helpful suggestions!!!
1. Train your employees
2. Rethink how you treat customers
3. Maybe just maybe realize that Mc Donald’s is a HUGE corporation and can afford to give atleast 4 sauces per 20 piece nugget meal!
4. Maybe check your customers order in their bag before saying BYE!!! If you even say BYE to your customers!
So not happy

Slowest f***kin place in the world. I dont know which line is slower. This drive thru line, or Space Mountain at Disneyland.

Every time I go to place there is something not working. Never can get a milk shake because the machines aren’t working. My fries are always.cold. I refuse to go to this location.

The first thing i noticed when i walked into Mcdonalds was that it was remodeled just like other Mcdonalds. The restaurant looked more fancy and I felt like if I was in a fancy restaurant and not fastfood. As soin as i opened the door I smelled burgers. It was pretty busy, but the line to order was going by fast. When i was ordering the cashier was really polite and always had a smile on her face. Once i ordered I only waited about five minutes for my food. Once i recieved my food i was happy with it because my burger was in the order it was supoosed to be and it was not messy. Overall i can say i was happy with my visit.

Worst drive thru McDonalds in the county. They have yet to get my order right ONCE. I give up. 4 years living close to this one and I’d rather drive to the one on Trinity Parkway instead. Tonight it was a missing GoGurt in my son’s happy meal. I’m done.

Dirtiest Mc Donald’s I’ve ever been to. Didn’t even let my kid take her shoes off in the play center. Absolutely gross. Even cup o noodles trash on the tables.

Ashanti that work the drive thru is very nice !! She is always smiling I come in throughly the drive thru for a cone when I pick my cousin up from school and take him home live right behind it

Went to the lower sac McDonald’s to only get half my order an when i tried to call they would just pick up phone an hang up without saying a word… thats reason enough to get someone hurt in this town… i wont be back to that location ever again… u guys suck work on it…

The cashier was really nice. When I got my order and went to the playroom, all the tables were dirty. The table I sat at had grape jelly and food on the seats. I didnt get any napkins with my order, I had to go back up to get napkins after already going up front because they gave me sweet and sour sauce instead of ranch for my nuggets. Food was good, right temperature, not cold not super hot either. Fries were fresh although the oil can use a change. Overall customer service was great. Can use a little more cleaning in the restaurant.

Usually the food is good and relatively fast at this location but this time i got expired pie and had to wait 10 minutes in the drive thru just to get it. Annoying

Passing through town and decided to stop here. Employees were nice enough, but the fries were not fresh. Would not come back here.

I understand that this is a fast food restaurant, but seeing that I live about a block away from it I happen to frequent it a bit — probably more often than I should. I have learned a lot about establishments from seeing how people treat the employees there and vice versa. My thought is that it is run as well as they can — even excellently with the staff and the product that they have. Imagine trying to work with people who are just starting out in life — this is many of the employees first job. The fact that they can serve up the product that is expected while constantly training people who know nothing about work, and maintaining a clean restaurant while dealing with customers from a wide spectrum of social and economic backgrounds is a marvel when you actually stop and think about it. And the beauty of it? They treat everyone the same, with as much kindness and speed as they are capable of. Next time you go to a fast food restaurant, keep that in mind.

Every family member of mine and myself has had repeated HORRIBLE experiances at this particular Mc Donald’s and it all falls soley on the customer service.
Everything from frogetting entire orders, over charging, bad attitudes. You name it.

This is my main mcdonalds! I wish there was one closer, but oh well. The workers are speedy &friendly. Always get my order right which is a blessing! The drive-​thru is always busy, but the two drive ups help.

Last two times I went here I had two wait over ten mins for my burger and the last time I went they gave me the wrong burger :(

I am a HUGE McDonald’s fan. H-​U-​G-​E. Only 2 stars, you wonder? This particular MickieD’s always manages to screw up my order. And then they’re slow about correcting the problem.
I avoid this McDonald’s… after all, there are many others in Stockton to chose from.
