Wendy’s

Today I ordered an Apple pecan salad, no blue cheese. I got all the way across town before I could open and eat my salad. (I hadn’t had anything to eat yet by the way) When I called to let them know. They said I can come back and get a new salad but refused to reimburse me. I found that unprofessional. I have to drive all they way back across town to get the salad I originally ordered, and I can’t even get my money back? Wasted my day. Wasted my gas. Not pleased. Not going back.

First in line and had to wait 25 minutes for them to get there act together to take our order. Then took 25 mins to get our order and it was all wrong. So disgusted and disappointed in one of fav restaurants.

Slow the F*(k down!!! Everytime I go to this Wendy’s I feel like I’m being RUSHED to place my order and RUSHED to pay! They might as well kick me in the shorts and send me on my way as I’m leaving.
They seem to treat the drive thru like an assembly line… Take the order FAST, take the money FAST and get rid of them FAST too!
We questioned them why they treat their customers like this and they said, «We just want to serve our customers as fast as possible.» Really?
Tonight, we asked that they make some fresh french fries since the last few visits they served us room temperature fries. They assured us the fries were fresh and just like the last time, THEY LIED!!!
It also sounds like the manager (young, dark short haired girl) talks down to her staff. She sounds like she has a a lot to learn about leadership and managing her subordinates.
The drive thru girls are the most rude of any drive thru I’ve ever experienced.
There’s an African American woman that is usually in the drive thru at the March Lane/​Quail Lakes store and she is the most sweetest person. Personable, friendly and she really gets to know her regular customers. The drive thru staff at the Hammer/​Lower Sac store really should borrow a page from her notebook and learn real customer service.
The only reason I go to this location is because it’s closest to my house. After tonight I’ll make the drive to the next closest store.

This Wendy’s is the WORST!
They are always rude. They park you when no one is behind you. It is always for nuggets. They shouldn’t even take that long. I work at a restaurant that has nuggets that are 4 times the size and they only take 4 mins so why would these little nuggets take longer then that? Stupid as far as I am concerned. They told me it would take 2 mins and I ended up waiting for 10 mins.

Well they served me a burnt burger I knew I smelled something odd !
But…
I love their chilis !!! Mmmm

This Wendy’s messed up my order. I bought some deluxe burgers and they were well over the price of $ 1. Their dollar menu is priced higher than the other Wendy’s around here. When I made the order, I requested that they add all the veggies to them; when I got the burgers, over half my order didn’t even have any vegetables on it. This place doesn’t seem to have any quality control. I’ll recommend all the other Wendy’s in Stockton, just not this one.

This is a good Wendy’s. I only order their Salads and baked potatoes and occasional Frosty’s and french Fries. Cant speak for anything else on the menu. Good food everytime I’ve gone. Healthy, maybe the best salads of the fast food places…

Food is always as good as it’s expected to be, fast and fresh.
Love this location because they have the fastest drive-​thru of all the fast food restaurants I’ve been to. They are extremely fast and efficient. Your food is being handed to you as you pull up to the window to pay.
I’ve only been inside the dine-​in area a few times but when I have its been the same.
Nice clean fast friendly service.

We decided to try their much advertised Pretzel Bacon Cheeseburger. I’ve had it before… many moons ago. and it was quite good. This time it was absolutely awful. The «pretzel» bun was burned and so… I concentrated on the rest… Some wilted lettuce. a dry, tepid burger patty and a mishmash of bacon and cheese.
We shared a small order of fries, which were just okay. Service was okay. nothing special. I remember when Wendy’s had a quality product with few exceptions. I always loved their chile.
I decided to post this review and hope this Wendy’s will pay attention to detail on this not cheap burger they offer. I will be back for chile eventually!

In a hurry to take care if some business, stopped in here to get dinner and was the worst tasting drive-​thru food I have had in two or three years. The chili and burger both had no taste. I am so nauseated right now I am getting ready to lie down and pray that I am feeling better when I wake up. Will not return to this Wendy’s as long as I live.

Let me tell you about this wendy; mostly everyone here, seems like they got french fries up their ass… rude, rude and rude… dammmm! Its only fast food, stop trying to rush people… and the ghetto females here… smh… get over it!!! Thank me, because I am the reason why you have a job!!! Neverrrr, will I go to this wendy’s or its neighbors «del taco» … plays *mr. Roger theme song*

The drive through service was fast efficient and accurate and I was greeted with smiles.

wendys is my fave fast food but sadly every once in a while they mess up on my orders maybe i shouldnt make my orders difficult but still very good cheese burgers

thereare no wendys in san francisco, and after this meal, i don’t miss not having a wendys in the city any more.

So I was watching T V last night, when a commercial came on showing Hooter’s type young hotties bring out these great looking Chicken bits, then it fades to the idea that these were actually Wendy’s. that really annoyed me because, I had just had these things a few days ago, and was disappointed in that they resembled the kids chicken bits from a t v dinner tray. Far from the picture presented on the t v commercial.
