Very rude customer service. My drink was literally filled ¾ of the medium size cup. I asked if she can fill my drink and her response is «I just didn’t want you to spill your drink» with an attitude. She closed the window and laughed really loud with another crew member. Who knew what she’s doing with my food. She opened back the window and gave me my food. Laughed her ass off in front of me and had the guts to ask me if I still wanted my drink refilled. I replied as no. She literally screamed«BYE» and laughed as I was about to go. For a moment, I didn’t even want to eat my sandwich. Who literally knows what they did to it…

Drive thru always takes at least 20 minutes to get your food and when you get it it’s wrong. Ordered chicken strips and got egg rolls instead. Second time they mess up my order. Get it together Jack.

Don’t really know why people are complaining about this JITB … it’s like every other fast food chain out there … nothing special, but I didn’t notice anything particularly wrong. I did try their new waffle breakfast sandwich though. It tasted ok, but the fluffy texture of the waffles/bread really wasn’t doing it for me. Stay Cheerful ;)

One adult Meal: supreme croissant Cost: about $ 4 Drink area was covered with red liquid(soda?) and when I told the employee about it she ignored me, so I repeated. Then she looked over but did nothing. Bathroom sink leaked everywhere. I won’t be back.
