Starbucks

This Starbucks has to be the cleanest one I’ve seen. It’s probably the only one that greets you every time you walk in and has the cleanest bathrooms ever. 75% of everyone that has left a review is complaining about slow service, but the busy location and the type of service your getting must be considered. You don’t walk into a bar and leave with 5 mixed drinks in 5 min do you? No, it takes time to make good things and if you don’t have a few extra minutes then run across the way and go get AM/​PM coffee!

The slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to, my third time here and nothing changed waited almost 30 minutes just for a coffee. Don’t go here if you have a choice unless you have all the time in the world.

Staff would rather talk amongst themselves instead of acknowledging customers. Attitudinal employees. 3^rd time I’ve been there and 3^rd time order was inaccurate or incomplete. My last go round today. Love Starbucks, but this one… No Bueno

This store is something else, Starbucks the company is good. But this location sucks every time me and my family have came here there’s something wrong. Either they take forget in drive thru, they run out of a favoring or they don’t have enough supplies for their drinks such as straws for venti cups so it makes it a hassle to drink. I wouldn’t recommend coming here if on this freeway better going to the location on Waterloo exit or Yosemite in Manteca, CA if heading down the 99.

I freaking love starbucks, but this one is just a hot mess. All the times I’ve visited this one, the customer service has been really bad. It seems like a lot of the employees have a bad attitude and aren’t genuinely trying to give you their best service, like they could care less. Once, I went in with my mom before work and we were about an hour early so we had plenty of time to stop and get coffee. We go in and no one said anything when we were at the register, the line staring growing and yet no one acknowledged all the customers in line. Then they took forever just to give us our things, making us late to work when we had a whole hour!!! Not cool. Then recently in the drive thru a young lady had a little smart attitude that wasn’t cool. And besides the rudeness, their drinks are poorly made. Watered down and no flavor. Not going back. ill just stop in Stockton or Manteca.
Avoid arch road starbucks.

Used to be great up until a couple months ago. Service is really slow/​bad now! And forget about using the mobile order feature! They claim you can «jump» line and get your order faster. That’s a load of crap! I place my order when I leave work and the app tells me it’ll be ready in 4 – 7 min. I get there and STILL had to wait about 10 – 15 more min. And the line wasn’t even that long! I could’ve waited in line and got my drink faster! I really think it’s the help they have now. They have enough people working, but they all move REALLY slow! I’ll have to try to find another store (or even a Peets) that’s conveniently located. I’m sure it’ll have better service!

If you think you have an extra 30 minutes before work to pick up a warm coffee and then be on your way. Do NOT stop here! I repeat. DO NOT STOP HERE. You’ll be so mad getting stuck in that damn drive thru line moving slower than a snail that not even coffee will make up for being late to work.

No cold brew, no medium roast brewed, they forgot to use our reward and made us pay. Epic fail today guys. No apologies for not having what we wanted either. Just very disappointed as baristas at Starbucks usually provide amazing service.

I guess (from reading some of the past reviews) that I’ve been pretty lucky, I always get someone that’s nice and pleasant. They get my order right. Just stopped in tonight before work and (I’m sad to say I keep forgetting to get the guys name) greeted me and knew (from me going in nightly almost) what my usual drink is and informed me that they had some!
This batista has actually gone above and beyond by going out of his way to save me an OJ (the cold press ones they have in the front.) pretty awesome.

and they always have something wrong. I have had sour old milk in my coffee, one day they took 20 minutes for my drink and they weren’t even busy and made me late for work. Today I ordered a Venti and they filled it half way. Are you fucked kidding me?

Stopped here to get coffee before work. Ordered 3 drinks and they all came out seperate and had to wait for them to make coffee for people that ordered after me. Staff was so rude and unfriendly. If you don’t like your job get a new one! The coffee was horrible and couldn’t drink it all… never going there again and recommend you go somewhere else!

I wouldn’t even give it one star. this morning I dropped my 17yr old son there around 10:30 he bought a frapp and stayed there while I went to an interview. which we always hang out at Starbucks with no issue. he then called me about an hour later and told me to come back because the guy working there told him that since he was finished with his drink he could not stay there any longer. im furious and appauled that this guy would do this especially to a patron… i will never go to this Starbucks and I plan on seeking further action

Usually I come here dreading a certain RUDE employee. He’s very snappy and seems like he hates his job… alot.
But last night, a lady working the drive-​thru was very sweet and and welcoming, considering the power was out. (Which was nobody’s fault) The wait was a bit long but it was all good.
I was just about to quit coming to this location even thought it’s close to my house, but alas there’s hope with some good customer service.

Since I started commuting from Stockton to Turlock for school this has been my coffee pick me up location. I love that whenever I’m here there seems to be no line at the drive thru. My orders are done quickly and at a lower temperature so I can drink my grande white mocha right away. Some places refuse to make my coffee at a lower temperature, so I really appreciate it. The workers even helped me pick out a temperature for my drink 135 degrees.
They are really nice and patient. I’ll definitely be back again.

It’s a Starbucks so it doesn’t really require a long explanation of what they offer as they are carbon copies of one another. As to this particular location it is fairly middle of the road when it comes to cleanliness and service. What bugs me most about this location is the complete speed of a snail service in the drive through. I have had to sit in the drive through for over 10 minutes while 1 car in front of me waited for their 1 drink. Then it was my turn to wait another 5 minutes for an iced tea.

BLAH is all I have to say about this Starbucks location here is why;
CONS: Is a game of luck at this location if you’re lucky you will get a barista who knows how to prepare you drink the exact way you ask for and if you’re out of luck you will get a barista who doesn’t give a F**k about what you ask for and just make you a drink the way they want to, unfortunately it seems am out of luck every time I come here, since I usually get coffee that tastes nasty, bitter and with no flavor, even when I asked for cream, sugar and added vanilla or hazelnut flavor. Also if you use the drive thru be prepare to wait for a while especially during early morning hours, oh and if you dare to tell the baristas you don’t like your drink expect to get an attitude and a few eyes rolling lol :) so better stay quite and walk away.
PROS: Is close to my work place, it opens at 5:00 am which is perfect for me since I start work at 5:30. :)
I’m starting to get really disappointed of the majority of Starbucks around the area since it seems that their coffee and customer service quality is declining more and more every year but I have to admit that there is still some good ones around Stockton, but this is one is no one of them. I recommend you not to try this one out :)

On my 3 hour drive home from Sacramento, I decided to stop at the Starbucks. Big mistake! Even though the staff the seemed sweet and sincere, they totally messed up my order. If I would have had time to turn around and go back I would have. However, by the time I found out that my turkey sausage sandwich had no turkey and my Carmel mocha drink was totally wrong, I was too many miles away. Needless to say I am very disappointed. If I could call management I would however I use my Starbucks card you did not obtain a paper receipt.

I come here when I travel from SoCal. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Always get my order right and give my an extra cup if ice at no charge. Restrooms are always clean and also the tables.
So after reading the other reviews, it seems that people like to bitch about the one time they were here. But not look at the big picture of things.
The location serves a lot of people in little time, which means once in a while they’ll get one order wrong. Instead of nagging, just walk up and let them know. And they’ll be happy to fix it for you. So get off your high horse and pretend to care too.

I’m not sure if this is one of those Starbucks that people feel they need to write reviews only because of a bad experience, but none of these reviewed experiences happened to me.
I’ve been to this location several times as I travel up north and I’ve had good experiences. They’ve been quick with orders and haven’t messed anything up. Although, normally I’m not too picky so I order their standard coffee and tea. I can’t speak for how they perform on any complicated orders and changes. Overall, I’ve had good experiences here with good customer service.

I always found this store always a cool place to hang out, especially if your traveling and you want freeway excess. They have a nice little outside patio to enjoy a good cup of coffee, and some desert with of course.
I do miss stopping by here like I use to when I lived and worked in stockton. So if you have the caffeine with drawl, and your driving on south hwy 99. Make this a stop its worth it, when you want to rest before you continue your drive, and they have semi parking.
