I called this clinic last week so I can schedule an appointment to be seen since it is an emergency in my situation. I was asked to leave a voice mail with the person who schedules the appointment in the prenatal department. I never received a call back. I even called the next day to leave a second voicemail. Still no call back, I even stated my situation to them. They don’t care about helping others, they are apparently to busy to respond back. So not professional.

I can’t stand this office. I’ve seen Dr. Bass a few times and he has no people skills and i waited an hour and a half to be seen. When I asked the nurse how much longer I would have to wait she told me the dr hasn’t even seen my chart. The dr walked in 10 min later and wrecked of lunch. So while I sat and waited he was busy enjoying his lunch. Horrible service.
