The receptionist left me waiting for some kind of response for who knows how long on the phone, and when she tries to make me an appointment for an annual check up I tell her that I won’t be able to make it. She says «so cancel?» And when I said «I won’t be able to make the annual appointment, I’ll have to reschedule that some other time». She says «cancel, okay bye bye.»
Thus, hanging up on me.
I will not be calling back.

Dr. Savage is amazing!!! He was my my OB when I was pregnant with my first child and I attribute some of my fond memories of that pregnancy and the positive experience I had to him and his staff. Always professional and able to put me at ease, took time to answer all of my questions, very thorough, and a great sense of humor! Unfortunately our insurance changed 12 days before my due date to Kaiser, otherwise I would have picked him in a heartbeat to be my Dr. for my 2nd pregnancy.

If you are looking for an OB or GYN, Dr. Savage and staff are first rate. I highly recommend him, I have been seeing him since July of 2012, I believe he opened his practice not to long before that (he was previously with Sutter Gould). I feel it’s important to have a doctor whom you have easy access, he provides a level of service that is beyond what most OB/​GYN doctors can. His staff is great too!
