Great service. Owners were nice got great trade value on my old DS and smash bros. lots of games to from classic old school to modern games. Highly recommend this place!

Worst costumer service I have experienced in awhile. I lost $ 55 dollars to this bussiness. They told me I couldn’t return an item I paid fully in cash. Instead only offered store credit. Urge others to avoid this bussiness! IF YOU RETURN AN ITEM, YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK. Doesnt matter if you have your receipt, if it’s new/​old, they will not give you your money back. I used to enjoy this store.

Nice people and service was great. The selection of games was good for my ps2 and there was a steady stream of customers coming in and doing business. Even though it started to get busy they made sure I received excellent service.

A really cool gaming shop.
They sell games from the NES to the latests console (Xbox One, PS4).
Pretty surprised how cheap their games are, as well. Found Metal Gear Solid for the PlayStation for about $ 20 (without the booklet, but with the game-​case and games, you can’t argue that $ 20 a deal). They also sold Final Fantasy VII for about $ 40 as well (with the case and everything).
The cashier was pretty okay, and chill if you talk to them for a bit.
I’ve been here a couple of times, but made my first purchase today. Stop by and take a look if you want to feel some nostalgia.

It’s a fun place. I’ve bought over 25 games here. All of them are n64 games! They get rare ones sometimes too! I got ocarina of time and goldeneye! They have every system ever made there! Even genesis and ps1! And new games! But the service isn’t too great. The girl that works there is good though. I go every week!

They’re very eager to take your money but when it comes to customer service or actual work personnel– I’ve never dealt with worse at any video game shop. They told me 5 times how bad the system I brought in was and offered me $ 7 for the system, 3 controllers, 5 games and all wires needed. Its in perfect condition and recieved a $ 15 quote at the other shop in town. Needless to say, I will not be back.
