Game Stop

Always a problem here. Sheesh, I remember back when Adam used to manage this place. Was always good reliable service. I’m not a usual Unilocal reviewer but I had no choice this time. I bought Madden 16 for 360 and she gave me the Xbox One version. Simple mistake right? Except on two other occasions Ive bought used games and both were scratched up and unplayable. Never was offered an apology on any 3 occasions. Anytime I come in here theyre attitude seems they’re doing me a favor by helping me out. It’s bad service when someone fucks up and says come back tommorow like they dont give a shot without even saying sorry or anything. Trinity Parkway location is 100 0000x better. im done with this location start training your employees to provide better service instead of pushing that wack ass power up shit.

The nicest gamestop employees ever they are always ready to talk about the newest games or whatever you are buying, make you feel welcome as soon as you walk in. I have attended a couple midnight launches at this location and its always a good time with giveaways, music, and food right out front and with this location being in a safe area i never have to worry about my safety.

I been going to this gamestop for years now, i keep going for the amazing customer service! Everyone there are so nice, patient and are very knowledgeable about there games. I highly recommend this place.

This location my son and I come here at least once a month. Just to check things out and look at some games we both want.
My Son is mainly into sports games,* FPS *First Person Shooter, *Rpg’s* Role Playing Games and Fighting games (Street Fighter) .
I pretty much enjoy the same games as my son. But I also love action type games *Devil May Cry* and Survival horror *Resident Evil*
GameStop has the games that we’re both interested. So yeah we’re gamers alright.
Just like any other GameStop. They sell Xbox 360 and ONE games. PS3 and Ps4 games and Wii and Wii-​U games. Along with the handheld games. They do carry some Pc games but not a lot.
GameStop also has a giant selection of used videogames. I didn’t use to buy them in years past. But I love buying them when they offer the buy 2 get one free.
Another thing is cool, if you pay $ 15 for a year. You get a year 12 issues of Game Informer along with a discount card that saves you like 15% off used games.
The staff is always amazing here. Rudy the store Manager is a cool guy and Saleen a cashier is super nice and friendly. I was helped by Louis today and he has good customer service skills. Also a few more cool employees but I can’t think of their names right now.
So yes, we’ll be definitely be coming back soon.

I been going to this place for years, service is great, very outgoing associates, give there customers honest opinions about a product. The associates will go the extra mile to help find the product your looking for and make sure your happy with your purchase

Pretty much the best GameStop I’ve been to when it comes to service.
GameStop everywhere now carries the newer generation of games, so do not expect to see Playstation 2 games anywhere now.
This GameStop is pretty much the same GameStop stores you see anywhere, with a similar layout and such.
However, the service and the workers are amazing. They’re not just workers, but gamers as well. If you bring up a game into a conversation, they’ll talk about the game, similar titles to it, and so on. I’m actually surprised that they will remember you when you visit again within a week.
Overall, it’s pretty much the same GameStop everywhere else. But the workers make this one of the best ones I’ve been to.

Great Gamestop! I used to go to the one in the mall but I always felt like the workers were staring at me as if I was going to steal or something.
This location always seems to have what I want in stock. And everytime I’m here the employees talk to me abuot my game choice and sometimes suggest similar games. But never in the pressuring «you HAVE to buy this game» sort of way. What’s even better, is sometimes I can’t find a game used, so I go to buy a new one, and they tell me they have the used in stock. So they save me money! Which in turn will make me come back and spend more!

Best Gamestop in Stockton. I used to work at this one fin 06 about a year. The entire staff has changed but the new people are awesome as well. Salina is great!
I come here for midnight launches especially and win cool free stuff and they have a DJ out front. In fact I’m coming here for the Call of Duty Black Ops 2 midnight launch tonight!
This Gamestop has a lot of games to look through and they always help me find what I need. They also still have some of the more obscure rare items that other Gamestops stopped carrying.

Definitely the best game stop in stockton. The service here is always great, they are always so nice and you can tell they actually know what they are talking about.

This Game Stop is the best of the four, well it’s what I think… They are usually staffed well enough to ask questions and not feel like a pest. All staff is well informed and knowledgeable in all video games, which is good for this ol’ skool loving Mario Bro’s I and III, Mario Kart, and new skool loving Dance Central. :)
I feel safer at this location too! The time I pulled up to Hammer Ln Gamestop i felt super threatened and scared for the two employees that were inside (i think this was around Christmas a couple of years ago, when XBOX Connect was a Hot commodity).
I love the membership perks, that if having a membership and a new game is coming out and you want it, you pay towards the game ahead and you have one on hold before the heard at midnight sell them out!

they have alot of new and used games for a good price but the down side to thins store is that it smells really bad inside the last time i went there.

Typical Gamestop (in my experience). Nice people, lots of used games to look through. Gamestops are generally great places to when you want games, this one is no different.

OK… can I tell a joke? A totally racist joke? If the Unilocal people delete this, then I will then know my Unilocaling limitations.

I love the fuck out of this store. I scored a used PS2 (with a one year warranty), guitar hero 1 and 2… and instant super rockstar goddess in my living room.
Parking is a breeze but the store can get VERY crowded. Especially today… during spring break… guess what the store was packed with? No… not Asians… kids… not Asian kids… just kids in general.
They carry all systems, accessories, games, new or used… and I think they trade as well. The staff is always helpful and patiently willing to answer my idiotic questions.
I have to get back to the ‘show’.
