Burger King

I don’t usually do fast food places, but the ads for the flame broiled hot dogs sucked me in, this time only. The BK dog is nothing to write home about at 1.99, nicely dressed in a fresh bun. For two bucks one can get a twice larger Big Bite at the local 7 – 11 AND a soft drink. On top of that, 10 minutes to make a dog. With an accompanying order of onion rings, the whole thing is rather underwhelming.

Doesn’t even pick up your calls and messes up our orders smh I would repeat my meal and they still mess it up worse the McDonald’s smh

They didn’t seem ready for me this morning. Manager seemed half asleep and annoyed that I decided to come in.
The food…
Bland, no real flavor. I couldn’t taste much of anything, which is weird considering it had «bacon» on it.

King by name only! Much like «Doctor» Pepper, burger «King» has no way of backing up their false title. It’s a complete lie, and I’m so tired of being lied to. People should always be honest, one simple lie can create a web of lies. It really makes it hard to trust a place that has no real right to call themselves royalty. BTW this is America, we have presidents here, not kings. Go back to Europe burger «King». That being said the double cheese burger is pretty good, it’s about $ 1.50 after tax and only has pickles, ketchup and mustard on it. You can get 2 of those bad boys for less then four bucks and be pretty full. I like to put all four patties on to one bun and make a super cheese burger! Cheap and filling, like your mom.

The service is horrible. I waited in line for nearly 10 minutes. Granted, something was wrong with the register. I ordered one thing and one thing only, a large Icee. Should be simple right? Nope. I waited and waited and did not get my drink. The place was not packed with only me and another woman waiting for our order. The cashier could’ve made it hersef but instead she was walking around at a tortoise’s speed. Two men came in but she didnt serve them until a good five minutes. I should know this because i stared at the counter waiting for my drink. And guess what? They ordered some icees and recieved them almost immediately. I realized they forgot about me so i had to remind them. That cashier saw me while she was walking around. Did she suddenly forget that I ordered something? They were only five people around! They compemsated me by giving me another free large Icee. It was the LEAST they could do. Whatever. Never going back as long as that cashier is working there.

They’ve gotten my order wrong several times. More times I would say than all the other drive-​thru places I’ve been in my life combined. The last time it was hard to get the order done at the speaker because there was too much noise in the kitchen area with people laughing and joking around with the chick working the drive thru that taking my order and mishearing and other shenanigans because difficult. When I had to raise my voice to get my order correct she seemed to take offense, gave me a weird look when I left and she «forgot» one item in my order. I hope they didn’t spit in my food. It was lunch time and it looked like someone else packed the order in the back from where I could see.
I’m just not coming back to this one. It’s a shame, my Dad and wife like BK. I do too. It was my go-​to place when I was at Stagg High. There aren’t nearly as many BKs as there are other places. Now I mainly get BK from the Hwy12 location. The West/​March one always seems dirty.

There aren’t many things to like about Burger King, except for their chicken fries. So it’s Easter Sunday and I’m hungry. I go to the drive thru and order a whopper and chicken fries. This time specifically asking them To make sure that my chicken fries are hot and fresh. (They weren’t last time).
After receiving my order I checked to see if they were hot or not. And they indeed were hot and fresh, so I drove back home. As soon as I get home and set up my dinner guess what? My burger is cold and bites like it’s been sitting under the AC for hours… Cold and nasty.
It is the closest fast food place my home and I’ve given it three chances and this was the third strike. So yeah chicken fries or no chicken fries, from now on one mile down the road Carl’s jr will serve my food hot, not Burger King.

I have no idea what people are on about here. Of all fast food places, I find it the easiest to demand fresh made food. Sure it takes a couple minutes longer, but the quality is so much better. I think if you don’t ask for fresh made food you’re basically telling them to give you the old stuff, so why complain when it doesn’t taste fresh?
Not much of a fast food nugget fan, but at $ 1.50 and freshly cooked you can’t beat it. This is also the first and only BK or any restaurant I’ve seen in Stockton that has that wonderful soda machine where you can get any kind of drink. I used to order delivery here when it was cheaper, but the quality was always great. If the cost of delivery doesn’t throw you. it’s pretty much the only option besides Chinese and pizza (and cheaper than them actually).

I just ordered the 10 piece nuggets with a small order of onion rings. This has got to be the worst tasting order I’ve ever had! Food is cold and tastes like it’s been out for at least an hour! They forgot to add include my sauce for my onion rings too. So much for a late fast meal…

January 6^th 2015
I was hungry and the closest place was Burger King, I placed my order for the new Yumbo sandwich (Ham & Cheese) of course I have to tell them no Mayo or lettuce.
The girl taking the order (not realizing I’m still at the box) leaves her mic on and says as clear as day, «WHY do people have to make my job difficult, just order whats on the menu!!!»

Came here to get a happy meal for my baby boy, the drive thru guy was a tad bit slow, for a kids meal, 2 double cheeseburger and 2 Hershey’s pie came to $ 17 bucks, got to the window and confirmed the order. The guys rang up 4 cheeseburgers instead. Got that fixed so the total paid was about $ 12 a few mins after I paid the guy came back and said they ran out of the Hershey’s pie, asked if we wanted a substitute or our money back, I got the cinnamon buns as the sub. Got all the food and I opened up my cinnamon buns to see how big they were and they were seriously the bit size order I think it’s the value deal order X2, correct me if I’m wrong but I’m pretty sure those pies I paid for were $ 1.99 X2 so I got gipped lol

So in a rare review of mine, I finally do a three star review. Nothing personal on BK, just I felt it was time to share my opinion.
BTW BK, my kids do like to eat here inside and love your nuggets.
I don’t trip off the small things like missing napkins or straw. Having my Whopper wrapped in a BK big fish wrapper, those petty things are meaningless to me. I don’t got time to be tripping of the dumb stuff.
I don’t expect five star customer service, but when I do receive it, it’s always a plus. So when I order four meals for my three children and I. I do expect my orders to be correct, That’s where I draw the line.
This Burger King is a hit or miss. Mainly on the drive-​thru orders, That’s my chief complaint. I think part of the reason behind the Drive-​thru madness. Is that at night when you order or during the day when It’s peak time. You’re asked to park on the side and they come out the side door and give you your food.
So the fun begins, the several times we came at night using the Drive-​thru, I would say more than fifty percent of the time our orders were all jacked up. Of course that’s over a few years span. Because most of the time there’s multiple cars and the Burger King crew member sometimes gives your order to the wrong car. Yeah stuff like that happens but it gets old after awhile.
When I got the kids and I’m missing two kids meals and a Whopper meal for my son. All is in the bag is a Jr Whopper and fires, oh yeah I’m on that «Flip mo Squad’.
The other times after a night of getting our sip on. This is my Boi Fax’s spot, so we’ll come here to get our grub on. Orders all jacked up but we a bit tipsy so we laugh it off. So that’s why I have a love dislike relationship with this place.
So what’s a pain, only at night, when your order is messed up. You have to get back in the drive-​thru, so you can get it corrected. But when it’s the weekend and most of the people in line have the Drunchies, expect a long wait time.
Note: Drunchies it’s the same as Munchies but you’re drunk. * Drunchies* Get it? Got it? GOOD?
So I refuse to use the drive-​thru anymore and just walk in to order. We never had any problems while dining in. Standard wait times for the orders and luckily «Knocking on wood» our orders have all been correct.
The customer service is alright for dinning room and very inconsistent for drive-​thru. Inside if you come during lunch time it’s very packed because Stagg High is really close.
So yeah we’ll be back but only walking in lol.

I used to sometime go here for some fast food. I always have to ask the worker here I want fresh fries with no salt. While waiting for my fresh fries, I saw a man walked in to ask for a cup of water. The worker here wanted to charge him a dollar. I gave the man a dollar since I can’t believe it.

If I could give less stars, I would!
All I wanted was a plain whopper with cheese on my 30 minute lunch break.
They charged me for 2 whoppers (my mistake for not asking) and then gave me a completely different order. Worst part was I got all the way to work when I noticed I didn’t get what I ordered and I didn’t have time to go back.
Thanks for making me miss lunch today. Definitely won’t be returning.

Fries were cold and unsalted. The burger was rubbery. The chicken sandwich was fine.
Three stars because they are the only place near where I live that was open at 11pm. So it has that going for it.

Suprised this place even has 1 ½ stars. Unprofessional managers and cold food. Also the orders are always wrong. Their delivery times are slow too.

Workers are not very friendly here. Clean but atmosphere is very dull. Doubt I’ll be back and Burger King is one of my favorite fast food restaurants… oh well, time to change

I just left there about 10 mins ago and I already threw up my dinner.
I ordered #5 and I got the smallest burger on earth. Suppose to be a dbl whopper with cheese, it came out the same size as a whopper, Jr.; what the h — .
But, since I got sick I’m glad it wasn’t a bigger burger. I probably would be in the emergency room by now.

I thought my coworkers were joking when they said Burger King delivers. I was skeptical ordering fast food for delivery and was pleasantly surprised the food was still hot when I got it!!! The food was packaged neatly and tasted even better than getting it through the drive thru. Roger kept us apprised of his whereabouts and got here in a timely fashion. Great job Roger!

Where have all the Burger King’s gone?
I stopped at this bk on the way home tonight to pick up four of those $ 1 double burgers that they advertise on tv. Damn tv commercials make it look so good and make me so hungry.
I was acknowledged promptly by a friendly cashier/​order taker.
I asked a few questions that she cheerfully answered.
I placed my order. having it my way! :)
My order was ready within 1 ½ minutes.
Overall a satisfactory experience.
Anytime I want it my way, I will stop in again!
